Non-Stop Sunshine

This is a great property right on the beach. The pool an Hot Tub are very nice.

The sunset over the intercoastal was lovely. Building and staff were excellent. Disappointed we could not take our dog down to the beach. In the future, wud appreciate a call when service people (A/C filter replacement and thensudden appearance of window washer) need access to condo. Not cool. Otherwise, a nice stay. Will remember when BikeWeek is to avoid.

Great Stay

This is our 2nd stay in the same unit. We loved it that we booked it 2 years in a row. It was a beautiful condo. All new furniture this year. Just had a comfortable stay. We will try to reserve next year.

Daytona Beach Vacation

Condo was great. Location was great. My only complaint is the parking spots are difficult to get in and out of. Not bad enough that I wouldn’t stay there again. It was a beautiful condo, in great condition!

Great stay at Daytona Beach!

Perfect for our family of 7. We stayed for 5 nights over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything to make it homey. Loved the beds and the shower water pressure. Gym was wonderful since we all worked out most days. And where the hotel was was away from the bustle of folks. Beth the property manager who met us was wonderfu!! Happy Holidays!

We got there and the place is very nice. The ad says sleeps 8 people. They have one king size for a couple. Then the other room has two full size and one twin bed. Unless you are one couple with 5 kids you cannot sleep 8 people. In reality only a couple with 5 kid so that is 7 people. We had two couples and 4 children. I called about the situation and I was told the management has lots of properties and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said there must be a cot or sofa pulls out to bed. Neither of them were in this unit. In reality we had room for 5 people to sleep in a bed. One child slept with the parents and two slept on the couch. We were very disappointed in the sleeping arrangements. Then they had 7 bowls for eight people. 5 beach towels for 8 people. I think they should say it sleeps 5 and supplies for 5 people. Obviously we cannot stay here again with the 8 of us. It is a nice condo though. Just not for 8.

Thank you for noting that the condo itself was very nice. We do want to clarify the sleeping arrangements for future guests, as the review above does not accurately describe the accommodations provided. The condo is advertised for up to 8 guests, specifically a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. It includes a king bed (2 guests), queen bed (2 guests), twin-over-full bunk bed (3 guests), and a standard three-seat sofa that can accommodate one child. These sleeping arrangements are shown in the listing photos and bedroom descriptions and were available to review prior to booking. We did not receive any questions or requests for clarification regarding the sleeping arrangements before arrival. When the guest contacted us after check-in, we discussed the accommodations with her. We certainly understand that this particular bed configuration may not be ideal for every group of eight, especially two separate couples traveling with children, but the advertised occupancy and sleeping arrangements were accurately represented in the listing.

Great condo! Great location

What a great condo! Pictures really don’t do this palace justice, much bigger than the pics make it appear. Beds are comfy, plenty of room for a family of 5. Only negative I will say is the road noise is a little loud, so if you’re sensitive to that, maybe book a condo that faces the ocean. Decent gym and pool. Close to local restaurants. We had a great trip. Thanks

Old Daytona Beach Shores

The place was very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen could use more dishes for cooking. And we found the microwave frustrating to use. Daytona Beach Shores is by far the ugliest place I’ve ever been. But your unit was lovely.

Unit 903

Everything is as advertised, our key fobs washed out of our bag by a wave while we were swimming. Lucas got as two new ones next morning no questions, big rooms, big gated dog area, nice pool. No complaints

When asking questions about check in he acted like he was put out and I should”see it on the email” when in fact nothing about the check in process was communicated until the day of and was not by the owner but another gal

We certainly thank you for your business and we are sorry you felt this way. When a traveler books; an intro message is sent to them stating our standard intro email will be sent to their email a week prior to the end of the month with all of their check in information. *For example. During the last week of May all June travelers will receive this intro email.* The intro email also states that one of our check in agents will coordinate an arrival time with the traveler on the morning of their arrival as this building requires a tour of the facility & unit. We were more than happy to answer any questions you may have however all of the questions you did ask were stated in the intro email. Again thank you for your business and we hope to see you again in the future.

Wonderful vacation !!!!

My family and I passed 2 weeks at Ocean Vista and all things was perfect. The unit 903 is very big, confortable and so clean. The personnel was very sweet. Thanks to Bre for the late property visit (Flight delay) and thank you so much Lucas for your always quick answers to my many questions :). Go ahead. You won't regret it.... All is easy (arrival / departure). I gone a couple of times in Daytona on Vacation and the Océan vista have been the best vacation I've ever had so far.

This condo was a good fit for our family. It basically had everything that we needed. There was a maintenance issue that left us without clean running water and we weren't able to shower the first night into the next day. We requested a refund for the night we had the issue and didn't get any response whatsoever. Though the team was very courteous and they fixed the issue within 24 hours, it was a pretty serious issue and I think it is baffling that this wasn't handled well.

Beautiful place

We’ve been vacationing in Daytona beach for the last 13 years. This is the first time we stayed in a condo unit at Ocean Vista. We loved everything about this unit especially the wrap around balcony. Caught sunset from the balcony every night. The unit itself was very spacious and clean. The huge kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we needed including all sizes of ziplock bags that we didn’t expect. The beds were really comfortable and I especially loved the bunk beds for our little ones. We had a nice relaxing quiet stay and I look forward to booking more stays. One downside is the parking garage. Very narrow parking spaces. Have to be careful not to hit anything trying to park the car.

The perfect escape

The moment we booked the listing Lucas was reaching out and throughout our stay he made sure to respond in a timely manner. He is a great facilitator in making sure we have a great stay and also making sure we follow and know the house rules (Very reasonable). The Ocean Vistas staff reached out to us as we were en route from Tennessee and we stayed in touch until we pulled up and they were waiting to greet us to give us a tour. I have stayed in everything from a mosquito net (military days) to your diamond hotels and this location by far is my favorite. The private beach entrance was being repaired but you only had to walk 5 more steps to another access so we survived. The condo was breathtaking and the decor was so calming and inviting but you did not have to worry about watching every step. We have a 9 and 2 year old and they had a blast. We met a few full time residents who were do kind and so was the staff. The unit doesn't overlook the Ocean but it's view of the intercoastal waterway we beautiful and yes the sunsets were spectacular. You will not find a better location, better staff, better support (Lucas), or better access to the beach. Lucas thank you and please tell the owners how grateful we are for them sharing a piece of paradise. We will definitely try to get this location again. Oh one more thing elevator 14 is right next to your parking spot we used 13 the entire time until our last day. Such a perfect and overdue vacation.

Awesome property

We had a great time, and the condo was amazing. Lucas was very easy to deal with and answered the phone anytime we called. Great host and great property. I would highly recommend. We hope to stay there again next year.

We had a large party of 20 people staying throughout the building. Our condo was very clean and fully stocked with anything we could possibly need! Definitely recommend!
