Quick drive to the charming Sonoma Plaza and a 3 block walk to the Fairmont.
This is a quaint 3 bedroom home built in 1921; once a summer cottage in the days when Sanfranciscans would come up to soak in the healing waters of AquaCaliente/Fetters Springs. It is in an older part of Sonoma, but just 2.5miles from the charming downtown Sonoma Square and just 3 blocks to the Sonoma Mission Inn(aka Fairmont). There are some local dining spots within walking distance of my home. The neighborhood is great for morning walks, or evening strolls with a glass of wine (yes, we do that here in Sonoma :)). I've got the best neighbors anyone could ever ask for. My front and back porches are wonderful for hanging out and relaxing. It is a wonderful little neighborhood and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
This house has an upstairs Master Bedroom with a very comfortable Queen sized bed and separate bathroom with shower. The downstairs has a Full Bed and an attached Bathroom with a claw foot tub, and another small bedroom with a twin bed. I keep my place vacation rental ready, and invite you to use my home as your own (mi casa, su casa!). I am a short few blocks away, and if I am away, I am always available for my guests by phone/text should you have any questions.
There is also a second unit on the property that I rent out also. You are welcome to book them both for larger parties! www.vrbo.com/1253443

I recently returned from travels to Vietnam and Cambodia all through vacation rentals; I am grateful to be a part of a community who love the idea of staying in someone’s home vs a hotel. I enjoy cooking (and do regular pop-up dinners in Sonoma, serving crepes, and some favorite vietnamese dishes, BanhMi and Pho), socialize with friends, listen to music, and dancing! I am an entrepreneur, owning several businesses in the food industry. Before I started my first business -over 25 years ago- I researched opening a Bed and Breakfast, so hosting travelers is like fulfilling the 4th business I never started! The reason I love this property/area is because it's rich in history, and it is is removed from the touristy town square, yet a close drive or bike ride away. This neighborhood is adorned with sweet little cottages, small winding streets with plenty of adorable yards and gardens to admire. It's a very organic area, with beautiful oaks and natural luscious beauty that you don't find in the more manicured areas of the square. It's got character and real charm, and feels hidden way even though the action of the town is minutes away.

One day I decided to go out on my own and I drove by it and saw the adorable porch, the white house and white picket fence and I fell in love. The rest is history. Many people have driven past my home and told me it is their favorite property in the area; The cute porch is definitely an attraction! So fun to just sit and relax and enjoy the cute yard. I am also a big fan out outdoor sleeping, and that is why I have a comfortable couch on each porch!
