This home is a cozy, FULLY FURNISHED, perfect for a single person, couple, or small family. In a quiet West Sedona neighborhood. Views. Close to shopping. “Casita Madole”, nestled in the quiet Coffeepot neighborhood in West Sedona, is conveniently located within one mile of shopping and restaurants. Early Sedona Architect/Builder Howard Madole constructed this distinctively designed home from the architectural style of Frank Lloyd Wright. A gem of early Sedona homebuilding, "Casita Madole" is a comfortable and contemporary house, including an outdoor multi-purpose room that can be used as an office, bedroom, or quiet retreat.

The living /dining /kitchen areas boast an airy and sunlit design. Window shade cloth allows for views and light without compromising privacy. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare, blend, bake or cook your favorite foods. The house has central A/C.

After hiking or a day exploring the sites, you will love coming home to the relaxing privacy of a large fenced yard with a covered porch. Imagine soaking in a 2-person hot tub, cooking on an outdoor grill, or just spreading your feet out on the lawn under rustling shade trees. There is even a secure location for outdoor equipment and bikes! The front yard has a beautiful view of both Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock where you can enjoy a book, coffee or drinks from the porch or on the lawn.

Great place when traveling with dogs

Loved our stay there. The dog door and fenced in yard was great for our dogs. The trailhead was just up the road. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Great place to stay, dogs enjoyed the backyard and looking out the living room window. Nice that we could walk out the door and up the street to some great hiking trails. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this place and the host is very easy to work with.

Sedona trip

We love to visit different places in the south west and Sedona was wonderful. This house was very clean and well stocked with all that you would need. We stayed 5 nights. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to some amazing hikes. The hot tub was nice and well used. Grocery and restaurant were very close as well. It was a wonderful place and we would stay there again.

Hiking Vacation

The location of this property was perfect for my wife and I. Our main reason for visiting Sedona was to hike on the trails in West Sedona. We used the sauna several times during our visit to soothe sore muscles. The house has all the necessary items to feel right at home and Peter was very responsive to our text & phone communications. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at this centrally located oasis. Thank you!

Upon my arrival, I was struck by the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings. The neighborhood exuded an atmosphere of serene tranquility, while the backyard was adorned with a magnificent array of pine trees, creating a picturesque forestry landscape.

Wonderful!!

Super clean everywhere, quiet and Close to everything. Cute and great furnishings, the bed was comfortable and plenty of towels for the tub. Property well maintained and did I mention CLEAN. It was the best short term rental we’ve ever had. We will be back.

Lovely home in a quiet, scenic neighborhood

This home was perfect for our stay in Sedona. It's a lovely place and felt like home. My dog appreciated the fenced yard, and we loved how convenient it was to get anywhere in Sedona. I will definitely book this home the next time I visit Sedona. The property owner was very kind and responsive about any questions we had. Fun weekend

The house was cute and the neighborhood was pleasant. Very peaceful and quiet. It was a nice place to get away for the weekend. From reserving to checking in it was simple and easy.

Ideal location for Sedona vacation

We loved our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to trailhead made going on hikes easy. Easy access to 89A and resturants. Enjoyed spending time in backyard. Hot tub was nice after hikes.

Son’s wedding weekend

This property was perfect for my family. We went to Sedona for my son’s wedding, the location was perfect, close to grocery store, trail head and 89A. We definitely book again.

Would absolutely Stay Here Again

My friend and I loved this place. It's in a quiet neighborhood with incredible walking access to some fantastic trails. It really eliminated the whole "hoping to find a parking spot at trailheads" dilemma, which I hear is also an issue at the shuttle parking lots. The place was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, everything you could need!

We enjoyed staying here. While the house is somewhat outdated feeling, it has everything you could need. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, grilled worked great, TV with lots of free options, a bunch of games for the kids to play, and of course the hot tub! The hot tub was only really big enough for 2-3 people but perfect for us. Nothing like relaxing after a long day of hiking in a private hot tub under the stars! The house is close to everything but not in a loud surrounding or heavy traffic area. We enjoyed the proximity to the tea cup/sugarloaf mountain trail - we did it twice! Overall a great stay. Would highly recommend and consider staying again if we come back.

Exactly as advertised

My husband, our two little dogs and I stayed here for 5 nights. The private back yard was my favorite thing of all! We used the two person hot tub twice and it felt amazing. We spent a lot of time on the covered back patio. The home is small and somewhat dated but it had everything we needed. The queen beds were comfortable. I was excited to find a box fan in the closet because we use one at home as a noisemaker to sleep. The bedrooms do not have TVs. There were extra linens and plenty of towels in the linen closet. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities including paper towels and plenty of trash bags. The fridge does not have an ice maker but there are two ice trays to make your own. The coffee pot was adequate but seemed slow to brew possibly because I’m spoiled to my Keurig though. We were still thankful to have our coffee every morning regardless! The bathroom is centrally located in the home. It has a standard sink, toilet and standup shower with an upgraded shower head. The water pressure is fantastic. I did see a hair dryer in the linen closet too. I also used the washer and dryer. It was so nice to have that amenity available. We were able to park under the carport and the outdoor lighting was great. There were many great places to eat, grocery stores and gas stations within a mile or two of the home. The walking trail is so close too! Peter leaves a detailed binder with all sorts of information on nearby places to go as well as instructions on how to use things in the home. Communication was easy and entry instructions are sent the day before arrival. There were zero bad surprises because everything really is exactly as advertised!

Sedona Paradise

Charming, comfortable home with terrific outdoor space both in front and back (fenced). In quiet neighborhood very close to trails. Dogs welcomed and space was very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

Just as described! This was a perfect place for us and our pup. Comfy bed, ample kitchen , fenced backyard, hot tub and washer/dryer. Convenient location to trails and town. The best VRBO we've ever stayed in!!
