Huge 5 bed, 5 bath in Historic Downtown Savannah

This home is huge! It`s a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom beauty with a sprawling porch and a balcony with views of Forsyth Park. The house is recently renovated and features an open living area with a kitchen that is fully stocked. This beautiful place, that is right on the shuttle route, will be your perfect home away from home in historic downtown Savannah.

4 out of 5 of our bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The house is very large and right off of Forsyth Park. The living space has a huge sectional couch, so it`s great for large groups to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked and 2 of the bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs.

We aren`t on property, but we are always available if needed.

Forsyth Park is right around the corner. There are amazing restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores very close by.

The house is right on the route of the free shuttle.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy homes. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules.

- Please try to do your best to have no shoes within the house.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use

- PARKING: We provide 2 parking spots in the back. For any additional parking please use the street parking. Please do not park in the other units. parking spots.

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

- Please do not rearrange our furniture.

- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- Lastly, because this is an Short Term Rental community, not a hotel. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

Clean historic home with some quirks. Great location, walkable to park & restaurants. Close to DOT free trolley. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen & living room upstairs which was a challenge for some of our group.

The location was amazing. We all thought the location was perfect and offered something for everyone. Shopping, touring, sports, awesome restaurants and at the edge of the beautiful park. The host David, quickly responded to any questions, before and during our stay.We would all stay here again.

The host replied quickly which we appreciated. It would have been nice to have a hot tub per advertised. It would also be nice to have a cutting board, sponge, mixing bowl and updated frying pans. Bathroom shower head broken and guest were cut on shower pan floor piece of fiberglass. Signs of mold in bathroom. Could use a good cleaning.

Great property for a get together! Excellent location, short walk to Forsyth park and free trolley stop. Huge rooms, spacious. Felt safe and we enjoyed our stay!

The house was pretty much as expected -- the bedrooms were all very large and spacious and it was very helpful to have bathrooms for each. The location was great -- very walkable to everything in Savannah. There were a few maintenance things that could be improved - the inside door on the fridge and a towel bar in one of the bathroom were both broken and one of the bathroom toilets did not flush very well. Otherwise, the host was very responsive and we had a great stay.

The house was very clean and well located for exploring Savannah. There were several maintenance issues that have been mentioned on previous reviews that have not been resolved such as the doorknob on the top bedroom wasn’t working correctly which was an issue, the dishwasher door was difficult to close, the upstairs patio door was very difficult to open and close. The back entrance to the house was very unkempt and the walkway and stairs were not in good condition. None of the issues interfered with enjoying our stay but I felt they were worth mentioning. With just a little more attention to upkeep both inside and out this could be an amazing rental!

This home was perfect for us to have a kid free weekend with our best friends! Close enough to walk every where and when we didn’t feel like walking Ubers were very quick to pick up! The home was cozy and the perfect size with 5 bedrooms each having their own bathroom with the exception of the very first one on floor one which wasn't an issue for us! The living room/open kitchen and balcony on the 2nd floor was a perfect cozy spot to hang out on slow mornings and when we returned late at night. David was super quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Historic Home in a perfect location next to Forsyth Park. Group of 5 Ladies each with our own Bedroom and Bath. Housekeeping just needs to clean under the beds!
