At the foot of the village of Cabris perched on a rocky spur, an old olive grove nestled at the heart of the Jasmine fields which are so characteristic of the hills of Grasse and which, as time passes by, have created the international reputation of the city of perfumes.

The estate, set on a south-facing hillside flooded with light, is nestled in a green setting, where centenarian olive trees join many essences of palm trees and luxuriant and fragrant Provençal plants.

This new Provencal country house was given its name by the carpet of flowers on the Tanneron hills nearby.

Its majestic stairs of marble and wrought iron, leads to a huge swimming pool and Jacuzzi set in a luxurious garden.

The villa is composed of 2 apartments (with 12 sleeping arrangements in total).

The Mimosa villa is prepared to receive persons of reduced mobility, a lift coming up from the ground floor.. A bedroom is fully equipped to European norms.

On the ground floor:

The large reception room covered in marble is decorated with a stone chimney, opening onto a magnificent kitchen of contemporary design with ultra modern equipment: 3 ovens, integrated coffee machine, dishwasher, stainless steel hood, induction hob 5 rings, double-door refrigerator, top-of-the-range services small electrical household appliances (kettle, toaster).
A toilet with hand basin and storage space complete the reception area.
Master bedroom with dressing room opening onto a large bathroom with 2 bowl sinks, a hyrdro massage shower and bath tub. The WC is separate.
A wonderful wrought iron staircase leads to the landing of the 1st floor onto which 3 bedrooms open.

Upstairs:

A first bedroom with storage and open private bathroom with massaging shower, 2 bowl sinks, 1 balneo bathtub and 1 and private WC.
A second bedroom with balcony, storage and private bathroom with 1 basin, 1 massaging shower and WC.

A dedicated cinema room, desk, game room, laundry room w/ washing machine and a cellar, are next to the garage and garden level.

The villa is entirely air conditioned & secured (individual alarm, fire alarm, safe in the bedrooms). Electric shutters on every window filter the sun's rays.

The water is electrically filtered, and all the rooms have flat screen HD 3D 107cm TVs with DVD player (127 cm in the living room) receiving all TNT channels & international channels by satellite and IPod docks (only in the bedrooms.)

The bedrooms have parquet flooring and quality bedding (worthy of a big international hotel) w/ duvets and mattress covers.
