Location was perfect to walk to the Main Street for entertainment. There were a few things I would maybe change but overall this is a great place!

The property is in an excellent location. A couple blocks from downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. One item I would recommend is to replace the bathroom towels. Once wet, they had a very musty/sour smell. Other than that we enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Everything you could want/need. It was our first visit to Ruidoso and I feel that we were already spoiled and we're certainly not going to settle for less now! Great place with attentive management.

The perfect stay

This was probably the most comfortable stay we've had in a very long time. Everything was clean and extra blankets and plenty of towels were provided. The king size bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was so relaxing after a day out of exploring. The condo is also 2 blocks from Ruidosos old town which was very convenient. We had a couple of requests during our stay and Joe, our contact person, was available with fast , professional and courteous responses. We will definitely be back.

Great location, close to town, park across the street and the best well stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. We got to see the wild horses in the park every morning, deer, elk and all sorts of wildlife while we were there. Loved how stocked the kitchen was. All the staples were there ready for you to cook. Very cozy and felt right at home. We did an ATV tour with BackCountry Attitudes and had the best time!

The house was great place to stay. Very quiet and enjoyable cabin. Very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed female Elk walking up one evening to dine on tree leaves off the balcony.

Property was well represented in listing and provided a quiet secluded place to stay but close enough to places to eat and visit. Highly recommend staying.

Everything was good except the internet did not work, cable tv didn’t work and the gas grill ran out of gas while we were trying to cook dinner. Internet would have been nice since our phone service was limited. Otherwise it was clean, cozy and quiet.

Beautiful place to stay. I will stay there again in the future. Very clean. I only wish I had was: they use fragrance-free soaps and laundry detergent. The smell was strong. Otherwise, very relaxing and peaceful.

The property overall was nice. Could use a little sprucing up on the couch, loose material in strings and a little odor. Very disappointed on the hot tub not heating above 95. Maintenance came and left with no word and no follow-up from agent. To think that was the deciding factor from other units being considered. Also, the chain clinking against the lamp glass in the ceiling fan should be fixed.

Nice Condo

This was the third time we have stayed here and will continue to do so in the future. The condo is just a couple of blocks from midtown where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, a craft brewery and our favorite winery. We always have everything we need. I highly recommend this property.

Second Time Here

This was the second time to stay in this condo. Newly remodeled bathrooms with stone & tile showers was a pleasant surprise. A couple of blocks to the main retail area of town with an awesome winery, shops & restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely stay in this condo a third time.

Great location

The condo was just minutes to "Mid-town" Ruidoso and easy walking! A park just across the street...we saw Elk twice! Condo was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed except for wine glasses. I would also recommend bathmats for the bathrooms.

Convenient location and very clean unit!

We rented this unit with another couple and found it to be very clean, fairly well equipped, and located in a convenient location to restaurants and shops. Attention to details such as burned out light bulbs, disconnected air conditioning unit, and ceiling fan that was not working are necessary.

Best stay ever!

I admit, I like the homes I stay in to be "hotel clean," and this one was exceptional. Crisp, white sheets on comfortable beds and nicely scented towels hung in nicely appointed, updated bathrooms (with quality toilet paper, no less!), all surfaces immaculate. The layout of this home was perfect, cozy downstairs with fireplace and plenty of viewing options on the tv. But even just as important was the feel of this tucked-away place; a balcony with a hot tub, serene porches surrounded by picturesque trees, close to nature and close to the fun of the charming main street. Thanks to the owners for keeping such a jewel reasonably priced.
