Overlooking the lake, the deck is the perfect vantage point to watch the sunset over the mountain. You can also make use of the grill for summertime cookouts.

Right across the street is 325 feet of community lake front with a lakeside deck and picnic tables. The large grassy area gives the kids room to run and play when they're not swimming or fishing. No matter what the weather, the indoor community pool will provide hours of fun too.

Within a short walk (.3 miles), you will find Pine Lodge Steakhouse, Black Bear Tavern, Short Story Brewing, and Deep Creek Funzone. Many other restaurants and activities are just a five to ten-minute drive.

They have two championship golf courses, miles of ski trails, a snow tubing park, ziplines and canopy tours, disc golf, and a thrilling mountain coaster. On top of the mountain, you can take a guided white water rafting trip at the Adventure Sports Center.
