This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in Elkhorn offers approx. 1000 square feet of living space and sleeps 4. The open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The dining table seats 6. The living room has a gas fireplace and 45-inch flat-screen TV with streaming/cable and a Blu-ray DVD player. Off the living area is a deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the views in the summer and fall.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a 26-in TV with cable, and access to the hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower and single sink vanity. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a 26-inch TV with cable, and access to a hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower and single sink vanity. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet near the kitchen. Please note: There is parking for two vehicles only. 10:00 PM Quiet Hour Strictly Enforced. There is a $100 fine for each noise violation.

Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest (even babies) using the pool, golf, or tennis. Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting).

Complex Features: The Ranch at Elkhorn amenities include an on-site clubhouse with a game room, fitness machines, a summer pool, and a year-round hot tub. This unit is located just a short walk from Elkhorn Village's Harker Center, where guests can enjoy larger tennis and swimming facilities. Additional Elkhorn amenities include access to golfing, hiking, bike trails, and community parks. There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the condo, where Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs.

Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

Easy check-in and communication with property management company. We got there early and were able to check in early which was great! Great condo , spacious, well stocked. Great location. We enjoyed our stay!

Quiet, comfortable and well equipped condo

My brother and I celebrated my 50th anniversary of skiing at SV, and my brother’s 60th…which is to say we’ve stayed at a lot of condos over the years and we agreed this was excellent - roomy, quiet, very well equipped kitchen (just needs a hot water kettle), comfortable seating and beds, steps from our vehicle to the door - all for a very reasonable price. While Elkhorn is a little out of the way it’s still (maybe less than) 10 min to everything. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice condo

We rented the condo for a ski trip. The condo is a bit outdated but comfortable It was functional, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the living room has a nice fireplace. We had to pick up and drop off the condo keys from the office which was less than 10 min away. We didn't have the time to enjoy the clubhouse amenities.

Very nice house, great location

The house was clean, well maintained. The location is great, just a 10 minute drive to the ski area. We would stay here again

Great space for two couples

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Living room very comfortable for 4 people. Two full baths in hallway made it accessible to all which was very convenient. Outside parking was just out the poor.
