This Snowcreek Condo is in the perfect location!
-- Walking distance to the lifts on Dollar Mountain!
-- 8 minute walk along the paved bike trail to the Sun Valley Lodge and restaurants!
-- Both Baldy ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by car (5 minutes) or the Mountain Rides free shuttle that stops at the entrance of the Snow Creek Condos.

This mountain retreat has great amenities, including a year-round hot tub and seasonal pool just steps from the unit, as well as a clubhouse with a full kitchen and ping pong table (only serving the Snow Creek community).

The unit is 2 bedrooms and a loft (4 beds total) and comfortably sleeps 6. The Master Bedroom has a full king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower/tub and a full size closet. The Junior Bedroom has a full size bed with a bathroom adjacent to it. The Loft has 2 single beds.

The kitchen is fully-stocked and the adjacent dining room table seats 8. Warm, adjustable lighting creates a beautiful ambiance for cooking and meals together. The living room offers a gas fireplace and views of Griffin Butte and Boulder Peak.

Deck access off living room has a table and four chairs for outdoor relaxing while taking in the incredible views, including the White Clouds ridgeline.

By booking this reservation, the Guests agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions ‎below:

This agreement is entered into between the owners (“Owners”) of the real property being rented ‎‎(the “Property”) and the reserving party(ies), including any family, friends, guests and invitees ‎‎(collectively the “Guests”).‎

‎1. GUESTS AUTHORIZED USE AND OBLIGATIONS. Guests agree to, and to cause each of ‎the other Guests to, abide by the terms and conditions hereunder. Guests will use the Property ‎only as a personal vacation residence. Guests will use the Property for lawful purposes only and ‎will comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Guests will maintain the Property ‎in a good and clean condition and will use the Property in a careful and lawful manner. ‎

Guests will leave the Property in the same condition as received by Guests upon Guests’ arrival. ‎Guests are responsible for securing the Property, including windows and doors. Guests will be ‎responsible for any losses incurred due to Guests’ failure to properly secure the Property.‎

‎2. GUESTS INSPECTION. Guests will, on arrival, examine the Property and will immediately ‎report to Owners any damage discovered or any equipment not in operating condition.

‎3. DAMAGE. Guests are responsible for any and all damage to the Property during Guests’ stay ‎caused by any Guests during the specified rental period. Should any damages or alterations be ‎discovered upon inspection after the Guests’ departure, Guests agrees to pay for all costs of ‎repairs.

‎4. NON-SMOKING AND PETS. The Property is NON-SMOKING. No smoking is permitted ‎on, at, or in any part of the Property. PETS are not permitted under any circumstances on or in ‎the Property, and evidence of a pet will be grounds for immediate termination of the rental, ‎expulsion of all Guests and forfeiture of rental fees.‎

‎5. OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT. Guests will use and/or operate safely all furniture, ‎furnishings, appliances and mechanical, gas, electric, and plumbing fixtures and equipment ‎‎(collectively the “Equipment”) located on the Property, and will use each only for its intended ‎use and purpose. If Guests does not know how to properly use and/or operate any Equipment, ‎Guests will contact Owners for instructions. Any damage caused to Equipment through Guests ‎misuse will be the Guests’ responsibility.

‎6. NOISE AND DISTURBANCES. Guests will behave in a civilized manner and will be a ‎good neighbor, respecting the rights of surrounding property owners and guests. Guests will not ‎disturb, annoy, endanger, and/or interfere with surrounding property owners and guests. If ‎excessive noise or disturbances occurs resulting in notification by police or neighbors, all ‎Guests may be asked to vacate the Property and will forfeit the reservation and all rental fees.

‎7. INDEMNIFICATION. Owners shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the ‎Guests or to the Guests’ personal property located upon the Property, including (without ‎limitation) all furniture, fixtures and equipment, except in the event of Owners’ gross ‎negligence or willful misconduct, and Guests hereby agree to indemnify, defend, protect, save ‎and hold the Property and Owners harmless from and against any and all claims or assertions of ‎every kind and nature arising as a result of the use of the Property by Guests. The foregoing ‎indemnity shall perpetually survive the expiration of the term of the rental agreement unless ‎otherwise agreed to in writing by Owners.‎

‎8. LIMITATION OF OWNERS’ LIABILITY. In no event shall Owners be liable to Guests for ‎any special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages or lost profits (collectively, ‎‎“Consequential Damages”) suffered by Guests or those claiming by, through or under Guests. ‎Guests shall look solely to Owners’ interest in the Property for recovery of any judgment from ‎Owners whether from a breach hereof or from a right or claim created by statute or at common ‎law. Guests agrees that no other property or assets of Owners shall be subject to levy, execution ‎or other enforcement procedures for satisfaction of any judgment or decree suffered by Guests ‎or those claiming by, through or under Guests. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ‎Guests agrees to occupy the Property at Guests own risk. ‎

‎9. SEVERABILITY. If any provision hereunder or the application thereof shall, for any reason ‎and to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, neither the remainder of, nor the application of, ‎the provisions to other persons, entities or circumstances shall be affected thereby, but instead ‎shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

‎10. ATTORNEY FEES. If litigation or arbitration is instituted to enforce or determine the ‎parties’ rights or duties arising out of the terms hereof, the prevailing party will recover from ‎the losing party reasonable attorney fees incurred in such proceedings to the extent permitted by ‎the judge or arbitrator.‎

If there is more than one Guest, all such Guests will be jointly and severally liable for the ‎performance of each and every obligation arising out of or hereunder, and for the acts and ‎omissions of each Guest.‎

MY RESERVATION ACKNOWLEDGES MY ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO, ‎ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND ALL OTHER GUESTS, THE GUEST OBLIGATIONS AND ‎ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREUNDER.
