Stand alone, private guest cottage. Beautiful & cozy. Remodeled Kitchen with granite counter tops tile back splash. New furnishings and new beds with down comforters. No pets. Private home with beautiful views of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Less than 10 minutes to Alta & Snowbird ski resorts. Close to Brighton and Park City skiing as well. Newly refinished and ready for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall. Easy walk to the Bus / Park and ride to both Alta & Snowbird resorts. Access to Hot tub and BBQ grill. Gazebo area. Living area with large HD TV, bluRay and direct TV with movie channels, Dining area, Washer & Dryer, Full bathroom on the main level. 1 bedroom on main and 1 large bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bathroom. Loft has a twin size bed, comfy love seat, 32 inch HD TV with BluRay and lots of DVD's. Ski storage. Gas stove, Microwave, Granite countertops, coffee maker, Ninja Blender, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and Tea.

This is an incredibly charming cottage and the grounds are very special. Absolutely one of the best lots on the Salt Lake bench, an incredible sunrise with morning coffee.

Shauna and Eric were great hosts. Lots of thoughtful things they did to go out of their way to make me feel at home. Location was perfect for what I needed, right near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon.

The Ivy Cottage was such a surprise and delight! From the numerous private patios, to the gorgeous view, to the intimate and cozy cottage. We loved every inch of the place! Our hosts were fantastic. We will definitely be booking again!

Our stay at the Ivy Cottage was a wonderful retreat away from the bustle of daily life. It is truly convenient to both the city and the mountains, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Being able to sit outside in the mornings and view the sunrise over the mountains while sipping coffee was a perfect way to start each day. And our hosts, Eric and Shauna, were so welcoming and personable that we felt at home throughout our stay. The cottage shares a yard with the hosts' home, which we enjoyed, especially when the puppies were out in the yard! If we ever find ourselves back in Salt Lake City, we would stay here again.

Cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Property is in a beautiful, quiet location. Views of the Wasatch mountains are magnificent. Hosts are kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for quiet, peaceful and cozy, this is the place. It is small with low, slanted ceilings, but you can’t beat the view, accommodating, friendly hosts and if you’re lucky, maybe you’ll get to hold some puppies. Lots of nice touches with snacks, nicely equipped kitchen, homemade salsa and a bottle of wine. We were in town for a sports tournament, and it was perfect to relax in after a long day.

Perfect spot for a ski trip to Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons. Hostess was so nice and the sunset view from the backyard looking up the Canyon was beautiful. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great hosts. Great communication. Incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of nice, well thought out touches throughout. Had everything we needed for our stay. Proximity to Alta/Snowbird can’t be beat. Perfect place for a Father/Son ski trip.

The Ivy Cottage was perfect! It’s exactly as advertised and has absolutely everything you need exactly where you expect it to be for your stay! The hosts are excellent at communicating with you! The downstairs bed is super comfortable!! We loved the garden area, the view is fantastic and location is spot on! Eric’s restaurant suggestions were delicious! We loved our time at Ivy Cottage and can’t wait to book again!! Highly highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it! It’s very clean, quiet, relaxing and peaceful!!

Eric was a great host and was extremely welcoming. He even had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids. The cottage had everything you could need. He also had a number of great restaurant recommendations. If skiing at Alta or Snowbird in the future we would definitely come back!

I grew up in Utah. Married for over 41 years with 4 adult children and 10 grandkids. We moved to the Sandy area for our Children to be closer to their grandparents. We love the area and the people and want to share this fantastic location with you.

We love living at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. We enjoy the wildlife that come to visit our yard. They love the pine trees and the deer like to munch on apples hidden in the snow during the winter or maybe steel a tomato from the garden. Lots of birds for those who love to listen to them sing or just like to watch them. We are close to many bike and hike trails for our summer time guests.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This area feels comfortable with majestic views of the canyons and large trees. Quiet, dead end road with large yards. Gas fireplace to create that romantic atmosphere. Even though we are right at the mouth of little cottonwood canyon, we are not on a busy road. We sit on a ridge to the west of Wasatch Blvd which gives us awesome view of the canyon. We've tried to provide everything you can think of to make your stay a fabulous experience. We are easy to reach and are happy to give you a tour of the property. We respect your privacy.
