This is an inviting 2 bed/2 bath condo situated on the 4th floor (top floor) of building with screened in lanai which offers breathtaking views of ocean and sunsets. Sleeps 4, with two bedrooms . Master suite has a king bed , walk in closet, and bathroom. Guest bedroom has 2 full beds. In unit washer and dryer. Building has elevator and The condo comes with 1 parking spot.
Across the street from the beach with public access. Not a beach person? Use the condo’s outdoor pool! There are also tennis courts available for use. Walking distance to many of the island's restaurants and shops. Condo building has its own parking lot for tenants/renters.

Great location

Awesome location with a quick walk to the public South Marco beach access. Lanai faces the water and you can see the beach and water between the building on the shore. When we were there you could not actually see the sun setting (early April). Renting bikes gave us quick access to most things on the island. Will definitely stay again! Fully stocked place and loved that they had plenty of towels so I wasn’t doing laundry every day.

Easy Family vacation

The location and amenities of this condo made for a very convenient, easy family vacation. My kids 11 and 14 were never bored. The close beach, clean pool, tennis court, ability to walk to stores and restaurants kept everyone satisfied! I was able to run the beach every morning and watch the sunset from the lanai. Very enjoyable location!

Very Relaxing Getaway!

We arrived at check in time and had to wait for the cleaning crew to finish mopping the floors. Once inside, we were mesmerized by the water view and the setting sun. This unit is located right by the elevator, making it convenient for carrying in luggage and groceries. It is very comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed for our getaway week. The beach was pretty crowded so we chose to spend our time at the beautiful pool on the property. We only wished we had more time to stay longer!

Great location to beach and very clean.

This was a very clean unit. It was just a very short walk across the street and down a very pretty palm tree lined walkway to the beach. Great parking and well maintained grounds. One of our best Vrbo experiences yet.

Convenient location to the beach

What a wonderful location! After a couple stays at VRBOs on the northern end of Marco Island this was our first experience on the south side. This condo is right across the street from the beach access and a very short walk. Beach chairs and towels were available for us to use along with every amenity we needed for our vacation stay. Our hosts communicated well and answered the few questions we had prior to our stay making it easy for us to make plans for bike rentals. The condo was clean and well maintained. We look forward to staying there again.

Ideal for us!

This well appointed unit made our stay very enjoyable! The host was easy to work with, a great location, clean, and everything was as stated online. It was also well stocked, which was exceptionally important for us as we got there during the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. Thank you for being such a great host!

Great location and all the extras you would want

Location was right across the street from the ocean access. The building itself had a great layout and pool. Lots of restaurants, stores and amenities within walking distance or short drive. We loved Marco Island. The unit itself was perfect. Exactly as described and filled with every possible utensil, dish or supply that you would need. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect location!

Beautiful condo across from the beach. The public beach access was super close and a short walk. The condo had everything we needed for a great week in Marco. We can’t wait to come back.

For us it was all about location to beach and cleanliness. They were both amazing.

Our family would definitely rent this condo again. The location was great. The people in the condo that we met were very nice. Walking distance to restaurants. The condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed.
