We do want to sincerely apologize that the construction was more noticeable than you anticipated. We understand how that can impact the overall experience. While this was disclosed in advance, we recognize that expectations and reality don’t always align, and we appreciate your feedback. Regarding check-in, we’re sorry to hear it felt a bit confusing. We’re continuously working to make that process as smooth and straightforward as possible, and your comment helps us improve. The good news is that construction is now almost complete, the pool and jacuzzi have reopened, and the property is looking beautiful again. We are very excited about the finished result. The remodeling of my private patio and pool area will be finished by April 20, 2026. at wichi time the patio will be reopened, allowing for its private use and very easy access to the new pool and jacuzzi-located across from my private patio.
