This property was formally a firehall in downtown Canandaigua. Walking distance to everything. Gorgeous and striking renovation in this nearly 3000 square feet loft. Plenty of parking. Completely renovated, perfect for a get away, family gathering, girls/guys weekend, bachelorette parties. So much charm with the original hardwood floors 5 queen beds, 1 full, futon and Manhattan sofa for bigger groups. 2 large bathrooms, soaker tub, large full kitchen, dining area and living room. 3 TVs with cable and wifi. If your looking for a finger lakes getaway this is the perfect location. Quiet and private yet right in the heart of downtown. Across the street from our famous restaurant and brewpub where we feature 32 micro brews on tap including our own. Perfect place for a group interested in coming to a concert a CMAC, a trip to the lake, skiing at Bristol Mountain, wedding event, wine trips or beer trail.

We had a great stay in Canandaigua this weekend !! This air b and b was very close to the spa, shops, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. This air b and b has a lot of space and we all fit comfortably. The host would answer any texts I had very quickly. I would recommend this air b and b if you have a group of friends or family who want to get together for a week/weekend!

Very charming old firehall with a lot of character. Loved the big open floor plan. Everything was perfectly smooth with check in and check out. Great communication from our host, Kim.

needs some improvements:water pressure in showers, hand rail going up stairs,overall property was in convenient area and was impressive on entering BUT realtor sign in front for sale sign was first impression bummer

Unique apartment

We stayed here for the weeekend. Its close to downtown. There were 2 nice bedrooms that are private. The other 2 bedrooms are in the open loft area. Would be perfect for a large family. We enjoyed our stay.

Great trip

We were in for a wedding and this property was right downtown so we had access to both the wedding area, downtown and lake withing five to ten minute drives. The property was as advertised, very comfortable and well laid out. One very minor issue that the owners handled immediately and we would definitely use again next time in town

Fantastic Space for Bridal Party Gathering

Kim's property was perfect for my bridal party getting together to discuss wedding plans and to celebrate my birthday! The place is very spacious and allows everyone to have their own space and not be on top of each other. The location in town is great and within walk distance to multiple restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

Unique stay

Stayed at this VRBO for a friends overnight. We were doing a cooking class nearby. Old Firehall was a unique stay. Plenty of clean beds and large room to hang out, enjoy a few glasses of wine and have lots of laughs. Walking distance to all the unique shops and restaurants. Would defiantly recommend.

Overall we had a great experience. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. We were in town for a wedding at The Lake House and it was a very easy commute. We felt the home was a bit dirty and there was still some leftover trash from the previous guests. The water pressure in the larger bathroom was really low as well which was a bit challenging but thankfully there was an another bathroom.

Loved it!

What a creative gem this place is! Really enjoyed the space which had been remodeled/redesigned. Bed and bedding was comfy. Bathrooms were really nice. Great location, can walk or drive to many places. Pictures don't do it justice. Such a great place! Will definitely be returning.

Girls night

With 5 of my friends we were taking a cooking class at NYK and didn’t want to drive at drinking wine so we rented this very cool place. Plenty of room to relax in a very unique space

Clean and conveniently located, but would have been helpful to have known in advance they only provided one towel per guest, no hand towels and no wash clothes, and wish we had known the shower head only produced a very slow trickle drip. Otherwise the space was nice and comfortable.

Super cool renovated firehouse!Awesome location — just a half block from Main Street, and the many shops, restaurants and microbreweries. I love Canandaigua!Only one stickler— the cleaning component is put on the renter. All dishes and kitchen surfaces to be washed and the floor to be swept before departure, used towels to be left in the laundry room…also, had to provide our own shampoo/conditioner/shower soap.Fortunately, we are neat and clean, and this would not keep us from returning to this rental property.Thank you for a very nice stay.
