The Good Life is a 2 bedroom (the upstairs is an open loft bedroom with big picture windows. No Door) 2 full bath cabin with great views and just the right size for a cozy getaway or a family retreat.

The cabin has 2 King Size Beds with New Memory Foam mattresses, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa so the cabin will accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the loft for a foosball or sneak to the large wrap around porch for a dip in the hot tub with a great view of Bluff Mountain. The cabin sits all alone in the woods off of easy to navigate roads just minutes from Pigeon Forge. 4 miles from light number 3.

It's easy to see why the Great Smoky Mountain National Park is the #1 most visited National Park in the United States. With over 12 million visitors per year, it is 3 times the 2nd place Grand Canyon. Providing year-round attractions, come soak it all in and make your Instagram friends jealous!

- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by a guardian
- Absolutely No Pets or animals of any kind! Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1
- We do not allow more than 4 people for one night

Items Left Behind:
There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.
