Top Floor Condo in Granby Ranch! Pool & hot tub Access! Detached 1 car garage

You will feel right at home the minute you walk through the door of this top floor stunning new condo located in Granby Ranch. Top notch finishes, light adorned, mountain views, and endless amenities are just a few of the perks you will enjoy while staying here. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and vaulted family room. After a day exploring, warm up in front of the gas fireplace while enjoying the large flat screen TV. This condo also features an outdoor covered balcony which offers a gas grill and an outdoor dining option.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in closet and attached full bath. The secondary bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom right across the hall. There is a washer/ dryer within the unit for added convenience. Additionally, there is a one car garage available for parking or bike/ski storage.

This is a third floor unit with no elevator access.

POOL / HOT TUB ACCESS:
Guests can check in at Ranch Hall, they must provide a copy of the confirmation from the management company showing the address of property rented. They will receive a daily access card so they can come and go. Hours are currently 8am until 7:00 pm days a week.
There is a $10 fee per person - pr day. Children 8 and under are free

Ideally situated you can be enjoying the slopes at Granby Ranch (a very family-friendly ski resort) within minutes. You will enjoy access to two outdoor community hot tubs and outdoor grill. The property is centrally located within Grand County to giving you easy access to Winter Park Resort, the east entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby Reservoir, multiple golf courses, and Hot Sulphur Springs Resort.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Great stay

Location is great and condo is well stocked and has nice layout. Master bed was a bit firm for our tastes. Overall would recommend.

Top floor condo in Granby

The condo we stayed at was clean, well-maintained and as described, but we had to leave a day early because it was unfortunately hot outside that week and we could not get the condo to cool down enough. The description says no A/C, but we could not get enough of a cross breeze to cool the place off with the provided fans and open windows. Also, our main attraction was Rocky Mtn Natl Park and many of the hikes we wanted to do are on the east side. This condo is on the west side of the park. (I should have realized this prior to booking, so that is really on me). Garage is not large enough for a car and you have to pay extra for the pool. It is a walk up to the third floor. Could see this as being a good place in winter if going to ski in Winter Park.

Perfect for a family ski trip to Granby Ranch

Worked great for us to get to Ski Granby easily! Storage was helpful for skis and supplies. Recommend and would stay again!

Great spot at granby ranch

Only 2 of us stayed here but there was plenty of room for more! Clean, comfortable. Easy to locate and communicate w property management. Lots of toys for kids. Outdoor space is very nice.

Great condo in Granby!

Condo was very clean and the location was great! There is a grocery store right across the street, which was handy. About 30 minutes to RMNP. We really enjoyed the condo and our stay there!! Would stay there again!

Resort quality stay!

This is my 2nd time staying at this facility, and it’s been an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience each time. The master king bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is great for making any kind of meal. Great location right off highway 40. Easy communication with property management. Will plan on staying here again for future trips

Perfect for family and easy to access RMNP

This condo worked perfectly for our family vacation to RMNP, which was less than 30 minutes away via the Grand Lake entrance. Plenty of room for us not to be on top of each other and all the necessary amenities for family travel, such as a washer/dryer. Our littles (3, 6 and 8) loved the toys and bunking together in the second bedroom. The supermarket is just across the street.

The condo was just as advertised and sooo wonderful! We enjoyed the layout, the furnishings, the fully stocked kitchen and hot tub a short walk away. The location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Winter retreat

Visiting family, last minute we decided to check out Granby. This list came up and it looked perfect, and it was. The weather was on a roller coaster but we managed! The thermostat for some reason needed a reset and we could not find a hairdryer. Contacted them and everyrhing was taked care of while we were out and about. Thanks.

Spring break vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location was close to both the slopes and the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals. The garage was great for storing our ski gear.

Perfect in every way.

This apartment is beautiful, clean, cozy: comfy beds, plenty of towels, decent internet connection, well equipped kitchen. Absolutely wonderful stay. We were five miles away from YMCA at the Rockies - a great place for cross country skiing and 15 minutes from the Devil's Thumb Ranch - another awesome location for Nordic ski lovers. Twenty minutes to Winter Park resort and a few minutes’ drive to family oriented Granby Ranch skiing. The accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed or could possibly want. Contactless check-in that was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend it to other people.

Great spot

Great setup with modern amenities. Awesome bathroom and shower. Wifi is a little slow and intermittent but it’s the mountains so expected. Super easy checkin (which is a huge plus for me). Great for Winter Park visit - it’s only about 20 min drive north. Would stay at again.

Amazing Location

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this condo. It is located a very short distance from a grocery store and downtown Granby. The condo was so clean and cute. The bed was also super comfy. We are already planning another stay in November and will book this condo again!

Family Time

We stayed in the area for a memorial and family time. The property was comfortable, cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We visited Rocky Mountain NP, and the drive was easy. We also appreciated the quiet balcony for dining and reading, and with the grocery store close by, it made dining in easy. If we come back to the area, we would most certainly book again!
