Situated in a natural setting, sits 7 Springs Hideaway. The Susannah is a unique, private, one bedroom/one bath, upper level, fully furnished apartment/condo. Features a solid oak kitchen with tile countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Living/dining room has vaulted ceiling and track lighting. Bedroom has vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan. Back deck overlooks treetops. Heat and air with energy star heat pump. Washer and dryer. NO PETS ALLOWED. Please note this unit is upstairs and 19 carpeted steps. Parking for only 2 cars.

Proudly only few miles from first women's only college in the history of humanity, Wesleyan College. Lake Tobesofkee recreation area, mountain biking trails, water park, water skiing, woods, hiking trails, churches, farms, Fish & Pig restaurant and Mercer University all within a 10 miles (5-15 minutes).

This was my second stay at Andy and Susie's place and it was just as nice as the first stay 2 years ago.

A True Home Away from Home

This property served as my home when working in Middle Georgia for 3 consecutive weeks, and I am beyond grateful to have had such a beautiful, warm, and welcoming place to hang my hat. The property was clean, and amenities/utilities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, etc.) were accessible and in perfect working condition. I would highly recommend this property for any individuals traveling for work who would like a place to feel comfortable and grounded, a true home away from home. - Jesse S.

Just what we needed.

For the price, this is great for 2 peeps. A bit had a fine, a looks a bit rugged on the outside, but once you get in, you're good.

Great Place, Convenient Location

The Susannah was a great stay for a weekend course at Mercer. It was a quick 10 min drive to campus and was really close to the lake where Fish n Pig was located. Everything was very clean on the inside with a spacious 1 bedroom and big bath. The living room is spacious and there is a really nice outside deck area to enjoy. The location is in a very nice area right off the main road. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful Retreat.

We evacuated here when hurricane Irma was approaching FL. The owners were wonderful. We had to change plans due to my husband having to work. We got in very early when we were expected late in the afternoon. Nothing fazed them. They just offered to help any way they could. They were easy to get in touch with and responded in a short time.The apt was very nice. It was so quiet and peaceful. There is a little patio on which I sat and listened to the birds. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

first impressions

My first impression when arriving at the building was that we'd made a mistake. The building itself does not give the cozy and inviting feeling I've come to expect in a vacation rental. But I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into our suite. It was nice, clean, and comfortable. A small balcony overlooking a wooded area with lots of birds was so nice. The owner was very helpful via text or phone and graciously postponed our checkout time to accommodate our flight schedule.

Motto: Live life live. I am a son, husband, father, brother, friend and proud to call myself an American. Have camped in 46 of the lower 48 states, parts of Canada, Mexico, much of the Caribbean and Central America, Europe several times. Upon reaching the youthful age of 40, my wife informed me we were going to be parents, a humbling wonderful experience, trying to raise 2 boys better than my wife and I were raised. Not an easy feat, the shoes to fill are immense. Fortunately, we both still have our parents, who relish seeing the frustrations we had instilled upon them, now heaped upon us. It's nice to have the luxury to apologize for being such brats and getting the knowing looks from them saying "payback."

This unique setting is why I fell in love with the property. 7 Springs Hideaway was an old farmhouse built at the turn of the century (1900) that has been remodeled and converted into several rental apartments and efficiencies. We are only renting monthly to people who are working in Macon on contract.

The Unique Setting - Private - Quiet - Wildness - Located Near Lake Tobesofkee and Bike Trails - 15 minutes from downtown. Other Things to Note: We ozone, disinfect and wash all linens between guests. We don’t use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. I live minutes from the property and am available if you should need any assistance.
