This beautifully appointed beach house has it all! Located right on Pukehina Beach your Family Beach holiday can be a reality. Relax on the large deck overlooking the ocean and enjoy paradise – on “beach time”.
Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy breakfast on the deck and relax whilst overlooking the beautiful ocean, surf and dunes on your doorstep. Smell and feel the sea breeze and enjoy the uninterrupted and Extensive sea views looking out to Motiti, Plate, White and Whale Islands.
This amazing home features an open plan living and dining area with expansive stacking doors letting you take in the amazing vista. The kitchen is spacious and open to the dining area overlooking the ocean, which makes it great for entertaining. Built to catch the view this gorgeous home has a good sized section with room for the kids to throw a ball and ride bikes.
For those cooler winter nights snuggle up and watch a DVD on the couch in front of the heater, while the ocean roars just outside.
The master bedroom has a super comfy queen bed and plenty of space to spread out. The second bedroom ( a loft upstairs - special conditions apply 8+ years) a double size bed and a single bed to make this home just perfect for all the family. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet and the washing machine is also in here, which means you will be well catered for.

You will be met by our knowledgeable local agent.
Check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 10am.

Please bring your own Linen, Towels and tea towels. Alternatively, we can offer to provide linen for you at an additional charge of $25 per person.

A $200 security deposit is held for this property and will be returned to you following inspection by property manager after your departure.
(usually 7 working days after stay - held in trust by HomeAway)

*Please use beach access which is out the gate to the side of the house, to access the beach.

**Please DO NOT use the dunes at the front of the house as there is a dune restoration in process.

Special conditions:
* Cleaning fee: $100 - 120 based on how many guests and the duration of stay.
* Vaping and Smoking - outside only.
* Families or mature groups happily accepted.
* Strictly NO parties!
* Maximum of 5 persons on the property at any one time - 8+ years only to use upstairs room.
* No Pets – no exceptions.
* Highchair and Porta cot available by prior arrangement - please advise if required.

Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100.00 - $120 per stay)

NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/duvet - top & bottom/tea towels) all beds are provided with a mattress protector, pillow and pillow protector which are all laundered between guest stays.
