Experience the charm of York ME in this Ocean Front 6 bedroom home with spectacular Ocean views located on 55 Ocean Ave Ext. Steps to Short Sands Beach and the quaint center of York Maine. Also, a Short Drive to Long Sands Beach. Our home has 6 bedrooms, three full Baths, gorgeous kitchen with all the amenities needed for an amazing vacation, not to mention Upper and Lower Decks for reading sunbathing, cocktails and tons more fun. We also offer cliff-side Adirondack chairs and a fire pit just across from the front porch.

This is an great place to stay on the Maine coast. The chairs on the deck over look a beautiful view of the bay & town. It is a perfect place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The house is kept very clean and well equipped with anything that you want or need.My family and friends look forward to staying here every year as it is just perfect.

I have leased this property for the last 6 or 7 years and have never been disappointed. The house covers all your needs and the view speaks for itself. The hosts are very responsive to all your needs. All my friends who attend to our event each year look forward to spending time there as well, we will be booking again next year.

We had a great experience. It was a very clean house with beautiful ocean views. We spoke and texted with the homeowner and she was quick to respond and very helpful. There is plenty of seating at the kitchen table and also in the family room for the whole family to be together. The house has a large well stocked kitchen including a blender. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great week for our family.

All around wonderful long weekend stay in this beautiful home. We were fortunate to have excellent weather. The setting of this home is amazing. It’s across the street from the ocean, with excellent viewing of sunsets each evening. The house is very comfortable for a large group.

This is a beautiful house overlooking York Harbor. We love the front porch & sitting there to watch the sunrise or cocktails in the evening. The house is very comfortable and stocked with everything you might need. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Wonderful oceanfront home!

We had a great time staying in this lovely home with plenty of space for our friends and family. Great view of the ocean and walking distance to Short Sands and more. The home was impeccably clean and had many amenities. We highly recommend!
