This property has just what you need for your stay while visiting Pawhuska. 4 guests can sleep comfortably with this 2 bedroom, one bathroom Duplex. Each bedroom now has been upgraded and has a Queen sized bed. There is a full well stocked kitchen, with dishwasher, if you wish to dine in and if you want to dine out you have easy access to the main roads of Pawhuska. You can sit back and relax in the living room and watch cable TV or if you would rather surf the net it is WIFI equipped. A washer and dryer are in this unit for your convenience. This is a non smoking unit and no pets are allowed. No checks or Money Orders accepted. Book through VRBO process. We work extremely hard to provide you with a great place to stay that is clean, safe and affordable. Thank you.

Economical and Clean

My friends and I were satisfied with our stay. The one issue we had was due to neighbors. The host was prompt in replying to my messages and the issue with the neighbors was nonexistent the second night.

We spent a couple nights in this rental. It was very clean, and easy to get to anywhere in town. The owner communicated a lot of good information. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for small house

This house was a perfect size and house for our stay. We were there to visit the Mercantile and the Pioneer Woman lodge so just needed a good bed and shower and both were great!

Comforts of home in town

Cozy, comfortable, clean home in the cute Osage town. The owner is responsive and helpful with basic necessities provided. I would stay again if in the area.

Pioneer woman birthday gift

It’s my niece and mom’s birthday in July- they are both big PW fans. This was the perfect place- close to the mercantile and all her things. The house was perfect!

Nice, cozy house for our visit to the Pioneer woman mercantile and lodge. Convenient to downtown,.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee in the am. Beds were comfortable , unit was clean. Perfect for our party of 4.

Pleasantly surprised. The condo was clean, comfortable & quiet (even during fireworks). It was easy to find & close to downtown. I would definitely stay there again. Much nicer than some motel/hotels I’ve been in lately.

Everything we needed!

Took a girls trip to Pawhuska to visit Drummond Ranch and The Mercantile! This place was everything we needed for our brief stay and was very close to the shops/restaurants. Jeff was very accommodating and was available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Pretty nice.

A nice place to stay. Good location, quiet neighborhood and plenty of amenities. There really was only one minor problem: the place was clean but the wife found a couple of stray hairs here and there. Probably an isolated incident. Otherwise, a good experience.

Perfect location, nice and clean.

Clean and comfortable. Although the lock box was a little hard to get into at first, we managed to figure it out. The house had everything we could have possibly needed. Great communication with the owner prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

Good location for Mercantile

Neighborhood could use cleanup, glad we were on the corner lot. House was fully stocked! It was very comfortable and happy to have had a closed in garage! Ants were found in multiple places. We found ant poison and used it. Recommend long term treatment! Close proximity to everything!! We did find Rees house!!!

The rental was very clean and the location was convenient.

We had plenty of comfortable space to relax in. The location was close to the Tall-grass Praire, Woolaroc and the Mercantile! Unfortunately the garbage disposal was broken during our stay. If you are thinking about cooking, bring your own bowls and forks.

Perfect Spot!

We stayed for the weekend to visit the Mercantile. It was a perfect spot, quiet area and met all of our needs! I usually don’t sleep well when I am out of town but I slept amazing!! Jeff was amazing to work with! Would recommend! 😊
