The house met all of our expectations. It was clean and ready for us to enjoy our long family weekend. The quiet, picturesque setting allowed us the opportunity to unwind after busy days at Penn State. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great place to stay

Everything was clean, beds were all made for us, very nice neighborhood, and there were games for us to play.

Bruce was very responsive and left a detailed house manual with some very entertaining recommendations for local bars and eateries! The house is clean, cozy and well appointed!

The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and private and just a 15 minute drive to Beaver Stadium. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.

This is a great family property. Lots of outdoor space on a quiet street. Close to various local attractions & businesses.

The albums on the wall and the Elvis room were really cool. It was a perfect place for a boys Penn state game get away. Loved the dart board and fuseball table. Great additions for the boys.

Great family weekend

Lovely home with plenty of room for a family vacation to Happy Valley. Bruce was a great host and the house has everything you need for an ejoyable weekend!

Penn State graduation .

We stayed here for Penn State graduation. It was a great home and excellent location as it was easy to get back and forth from the University.

Nice place and great location

The property was very comfortable. The location is on the edge of town and ideal. Very quiet. There was easy access to everything required.

Family reunion

Great house for larger groups!

Plenty of bedrooms and beds and had a great gaming table in the basement to play cards and PayDay! Everything was easy peasy.

Football Weekend

Bruce was very responsive with any questions we had. The house was everything we needed for 8 of us and extremely clean. Check-in was as easy as it can get. Highly recommend.

2024 Happy Valley Ironman

The house was perfect for our large family. Cooked dinner the first night. The only thing I couldn’t find was a colander for draining the pasta. Comfy beds and pillows. Very enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Ironman Stay

How was super comfortable for 11 of us during an Ironman weekend. We had a great time! Perfect location, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Host was very attentive and accommodating! Our daughter attends PSU and we would definitely book again for future visits to PSU!!!!!! Thank you for a great weekend!

Psu family weekend

We stayed here for family weekend. Was just 15 minutes from PSU. The house was cozy and welcoming. Bellefonte is a town worth visiting. Bruce and Vicki were very responsive and flexible. Would recommend them highly. Thank you!

Penn State football 🏈 game

We had a great time at the house it had everything we needed. My 2 sisters and our husbands and our 4 young adults children, we had plenty of room. The dogs even liked it too. Thank you for renting to us

Great house in a quiet neighborhood.

Great house to rent for lots off people. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors on a dead end street. Easy access to Penn State. House was clean and as advertised. Plenty of rooms and options for sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Nice little game room in basement to keep the kids occupied. Would definitely consider for a future rental.

Clean house with all the extras

It's a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. We rented it to be our home base for a family member's wedding Bellefonte. We liked all the live plants indoors and the quaint garden outside. The basement has darts, foosball, and a big tv which was the perfect hangout spot for our teenagers. Our qualms with the property were that the twin beds on the main floor are on pop-up frames and one collapsed twice in one night. There also isn't really a 6th bedroom. There's a futon in the loft. At the end of the day, if we are in the area in the future, we would rent this property again.

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry for your issue with the trundle bed. It is usually set up as a king for most guest situations. Regardless, we will work to ensure the bed is in the locked position before every renter. Unfortuantely to list the futon as a sleeping option it needs to be listed as a bedroom. We tried to note this in the rooms section and listing but will look to identify it better in the posting. Thanks for leaving the house clean and we look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
