RV was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed and more. The hosts were extremely flexible, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking. And trust their other properties are just as amazing as the one we had. Overall great experience.

Good communication, friendly hosts. Listing was very accurate. RV did not disappoint. Very comfortable. Stayed for family weekend at Penn State. Needed something fairly close and affordable. This did the job. It was a less than 30 minute drive to campus.

Tammy and Pat were so kind and met us on arrival! We got a tour of the RV, which was very useful to someone who had never stayed in one before. 10/10 recommend for your upcoming Bellfonte PA trip.

Pat and his wife met us at the RV which they came and set up for a convenience fee. Extremely gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend for a great staying option.

My husband and I bought Penn State football tickets and could not locate one vacant hotel room near the stadium. So I searched outside the area and located this gem. I've never stayed in an RV before, and this RV was so nice!! The RV was spacious and very clean. It literally looks brand new. I felt right at home. It has a large seating area and full kitchen if you want to prep simple meals inside. The king size bed was comfortable with a sleep by number remote system separate for each side of the bed. There are TVs in the living and bedrooms, central air & heat, and a powder and bathroom. Plenty of comfort and amenities for a small family.The wooded area where the RV is located is slightly uphill from the owner's home and has an outdoor grill and fire ring. The friendly owners came up to show us how to use the systems in the RV, which was necessary and helpful, and they then left us to our privacy. We enjoyed meeting them and having lively conversation. Very down-to-earth people!We sat outside by the fire after dark and just relaxed listening to the night sounds and gazing at the stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

I am so happy we got to meet you all. I felt like I knew ya both all my life. I am so glad you talked us into coming out to join you at the fire, we don't usually like to intrude on anyone. Our talk was amazing and the time just past by. I hope our paths all meet again. Thanks for staying with us.
