Nice place

This was a nice place to make our home base while visiting my sister who lives in centennial. Check in/out was easy. Condo could use some minor cosmetic fixes (scratches and patched holes on walls, tape on door, shower head gap) but the appliances are nice and the building is quiet. Good for 3 people.

Perfect for our visit

The property was just as described and perfect for our stay. We were in town for a show at Red Rocks and it was an easy 25 min ride and also close to other area attractions that we wanted to visit. Communication a was great with the owner. We had an unfortunate surprise and learned our flight was canceled and luckily, they were able to accommodate us for an additional night. Overall great experience and we would return.

Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. Overall the unit/property is very dated with little or no money spent on improving the property. The inside (while clean) is very very dated. The bathroom is a complete disappointment. It's just hopelessly old, dated (hard to tell if its clean) and not at all welcoming.As the picture here suggest, there is sofa and 2 large chairs for the living area. In reality, there is only 1 sofa...no large chairs.Lastly, the accessories for the kitchen need reviewed. It desperately needs large mixing bowls, left over containers, large serving bowls, you get the idea.On a final note. The entire property appears to house many, many nightly rental properties. Subsequently there is a constant stream of "move in & move out." Some are quit some are not.The gym has 1 treadmill, 1 stationary bike and a resistance tree. What it never has is toilet paper in the bathroom or sanitary wipes to clean the equipment (shame on them).The only last point I'd make is the receptacle for garbage located in the parking lot. It's disgusting and overflowingFor 1/2 nights it's an ok stay. Otherwise, I'd look a bit further.

Nice roomy apartment on first floor in great location convenient to I-25 and Arapahoe Rd, restaurants and shopping. Apartment was short on kitchen utensils (spoons and knives) and shower handle was difficult to operate. Aside from these minor issues, apartment was excellent and would consider renting again on our future visits to family living in area.

Very nice and quiet

Very nice and quiet with a great outside area where cute bunnies will great you. The bed was very nice as well. Overall would recommend.

Quiet getaway outside the city

Orderly and neat apartment, very comfy bed, had the necessities for a week away, was equally located from the city or over to the mountains and trails.

A week stay

We found the property located in a great area, it was located close to restaurants and freeways. The condo property is clean and well maintained. It is a simple property with everything you need. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this may not be for you. The property owners were very helpful in helping us with some packages being delivered before our arrival.
