Nancy’s condo was exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and highways, making it easy to get into Denver. Her communication was prompt and clear. Check in and out were both easy. The community also had a pool, which was refreshing treat at the end of hot summer days. It was a great place to stay for the week while attending a conference.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and in great working order. The only detraction is the bed is VERY old and uncomfortable.

Great Stay

I was in town for a class and this was a great location. Quiet, close to plenty of restaurants, stores etc. Very clean. Perfect spot for what I needed!

Great location for shopping and food. Easy to hop on interstate 25. Very comfortable condo with everything you could need. Thank you so much for having extra toiletries available since I left all of mine at home! Hairdryer, curling iron, even a new toothbrush.

Stayed for 3 full weeks. Property was outstanding. It was clean and well stocked. Only had to shop for food. Location was excellent. Very convenient, right near I-25 and Arapahoe Road. Would recommend this to anyone for a short, or long stay.

Getting mountain air

A good location for attractions. Shops and resturants close by. Manatou., cog train , zoo, lookout mountain , red rocks and more.

Great location for everything around Denver

Clean condo, quick response from owner, and a great location for everything around the Denver area. We found the living room furniture cound use an update as another reviewer had stated. Would stay again because of the location.

Hi Cynthia, Due to a previous guest scratching the bottom cushion of the leather sofa, we found out through the review. Only one guest mentioned it. We immediately remedy the matter and installed new custom cushion covers on both the sofa and chair. These new covers add to the look, comfort and cleanliness of the living room. Family visit

The condo was very comfortable and worked out very nice for the days we spent in Denver. It was in a great location. Nancy was very helpful quickly when the code to enter the condo didn't work when we first arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

Stayed here for three nights while in town visiting my family, and I would definitely stay here again. The location is great, and the condo is extremely comfortable, clean and cozy. Communication with the property owner was extremely easy, and I appreciated her attentiveness.

The apartment was great! We had a lovely time staying in Nancy's one-bedroom place. It was clean and comfortable and convenient to the concert venue we were headed to. The complex was quiet and had easy parking and a pool. It is an older complex (80s), and the place is upstairs. We didn't have any problems with that, but some people might.

Nothing negative to say. Enjoyed staying here once again. The only issue was parking, as they were digging up and replacing the asphalt. But that turned out to be no biggie. If you are looking for a great place, close to everything. You found it!

Very nice accommodation. Finally found the spatula hanging behind the cutting board! :) The only drawback would be for those older, like me, and short of breath, like me -- it is a third floor walk-up. Other than that it was very comfy. Thanks to the host.
