LOCATION - 2 blocks north of Main Street
HOSTS - Home to yourselves
SLEEPS - Up to 10 people w/ 2 masters; 3 king bedrooms & 1 bedroom w/ 2 queen beds
BATH - 3 baths; All baths have walk-in showers & double sinks. The master also has a small tub, 2 shower heads & 2 toilets.
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen w/ a regular coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - Coffee and teas are provided. No breakfast is provided.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs w/ basic cable (please bring your own login information if you need access to channels such as ESPN), DVD player, indoor gas fireplaces, game room w/ shuffleboard, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, refrigerator, ice maker & a Smart TV, private backyard w/ outdoor seating, outdoor gas grill, gas firepit, off street parking, quiet street close to Main St, keyless entry

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.

Wonderful place for family

We stayed two nights to attend a wedding. The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved playing in the yard. The house is beautiful.

Best in Fred!

Hands down the best place we've ever stayed in Fredericksburg! Layout is group friendly, while bedrooms and 3 baths offer great privacy. Lots of outdoor space to hangout and we enjoyed the gas fire pit. Super great location to all the fun stuff on Main Street. House was stocked with everything you could need - including cool amenities like ice maker, extra fridge and a big mirror in the oversized main closet. Hope to stay here again!

Abendstern was amazing

Our 3 night stay with sister/brother-in-law and friends was fantastic. Location was very close to main street with all the fun activities. House had everything we needed for a great get a way. Inside was well arranged where everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Enjoyed the multiple games in the garage that was very comfortable.

Girls Trip

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our small group. Amenities were perfect. Close proximity to town. Property was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Fredricksburg.

Family birthday stay

We loved this property on the app, and it exceeded our lofty expectations. From location to decoration to recreation to layout, we loved everything about the place. Comfortably slept 8 adults.

Stayed here before, came back

Our son and his family stayed this time around. The home had more room than needed and the little guys enjoyed the games in the garage. The location was convenient as well.

Wonderful time with friends

The property both inside and out was excellent and close to downtown. The home was very clean and well appointed. It was the perfect place to visit with friends and then explore Fredericksburg.

Awesome property!

The house was awesome! There were 6 of us adults and we had more than enough room. All of the rooms were large and spacious. It was in mint condition when we arrived. The garage was fun with the ping pong tables, foosball and shuffleboard. Loved the gas firepit in the back yard. Great location just 2 blocks from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Also just 2 blocks from the World War II Pacific war museum which is a must see. One of the nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at the fabulous Abendstern house. Freezing temps outside, but the house was warm and inviting when we arrived. Plenty of space for 3 couples to have privacy and ample seating for meals, games, and relaxing. This is our absolute favorite place to stay in Fredericksburg. Exceptional communication from owner with some tips before we arrived. We texted a question Saturday night and had a quick response. It's obvious this is a well cared for property. We'll be back!

Girls Weekend

This home had everything we needed and was only 2 blocks from Main Street. Lots of games in garage and outdoor space to enjoy the evenings. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Girls' Trip

Great place to stay! Spacious and close to everything! Only recommendations are to avoid trash pickup right near the entrance as it was extremely odorous, supply coffee, and replace bathroom mats.

FABULOUS HOME!

This property looks better in person than even what you see on the photos. The home was very well equipped, in a great location, spacious, provides plenty of games/activities and has very comfortable beds! I would highly recommend this property!

Great Stay

Our stay at Abendstern could not have been any better. The house has a wonderful set up for couples or even a girl trip. It was clean and well equipped for those who would like to eat in. There were no issues with our accommodations. I would definitely rent this location again and would recommend it to friends.

Perfect Place to Stay

This place is the perfect spot for a weekend in Fredericksburg! The house looks just like the photos and is kept in perfect condition. The hosts do a wonderful job of having the little things you may forget or need, and easy access getting in. The game room and outdoor spaces give plenty of options for hanging out at the house. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable! It’s an easy walk to Main street and after a long day of shopping or wineries, this house is one you want to come home to for the night. We left with all seven people knowing exactly where we want to stay next time we come back.

Lodging perfection

3 other couples joined us for a few days in Fredericksburg and booked the Abendstern. What a great pick as the place is perfect for a get away. Close to downtown and quite neighborhood. The facility is top shelf and all the amenities one could ask for. We will return for sure.

Wonderful

What a great home with lots of space. Comfy beds and the garage gameroom brought lots of laughs. Close walk to Main Street and The Rockbox Theater. Will definitely rent again.

nice home

enjoyed our time in this rental. It is nicely equipped and extremely clean. We were three couples and the 3 king beds were nice. Would be nice for families as well. Walkable to Main Street and all it has to offer. Multiple outside sitting areas were lovely. Overall, a very fun weekend!
