We love staying here, it’s a beautiful property, spacious & tastefully appointed. It’s a secluded, quiet location, perfect for a weekend getaway.

This property is conveniently located roughly halfway between Bowral and Moss Vale. It is very clean, well equipped and is located within a beautiful garden (the gardens in the surrounding streets are also impressive) in a quiet area. We have stayed here once before and will return in future. Highly recommended.

Great location - dog friendly

We had a great stay - close to beautiful restaurants and cafe. Dog friendly walk to Wingecarribee River from the property

Cosy little cottage

We loved our stay. The cottage was comfortable, cosy and very clean. We had all we needed for our short stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely little getaway

A lovely little place, just the right size for us over the weekend. We enjoyed the heated floors, comfy bed and fresh eggs!

What a beautiful place to stay. A most comfortable bed and perfectly appointed home surrounded by stunning trees, fresh ‘Banyula’ eggs left to welcome us and that shower is divine! A most luxurious, private and comfortable home managed and maintained immaculately. We will be back.

Great property and faculties. Super easy to deal with and good communication leading up to the stay. Could do with more settings range on the air conditioning. It was either on full hot or off and nothing else. Evenings werent super cold but air con meant it was either sweaty hot or cold air inside.

The address is 8-10 but there is no 8. The instructions about a button to press to get in are out of date. The reality is that the gates are open all the time and the studio is on the right. A kindly chap was putting out the bins when we arrived and he directed us. Otherwise we would have had difficulty, especially at night. It is a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of sniffing for dogs to enjoy. Bring a torch. Very dark at night. Your dog must be on lead at all times while outside.

Cleanliness was not up to scratch

For a 5 star hotel I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place with dirty tea towels, yellow stains on bed sheets and dirty ear buds in bathroom. The queen size bed has a doon cover fit for a double bed it was too small.

Black button?

Beautiful property and great location but entering the property through the electronic gates on arrival? The PIN number we were sent didn’t open the heavy wrought iron gates. I called the property managers and the cheery voice instructed me to press the magic black button! Where is this I ask? So pleasantly she told me it’s there! Well, I worked it out eventually but not before I scaled the 6 foot fence and searched through the foliage, looked in the electric box, un peeled the gaffer tape covering some sort of hinge with a black knob. Not a black button! After thinking of a release button in an apartment building I discover the black button amoungst the trees! Wa La! The only way to get into the property every time we reentered the property was to scale the six foot fence. Thank goodness I’m not 80! Also, the property is located on someone’s vast personal property which needs to be spelt out. The check in times and check out times are a bit mean considering the Tarif and contradict the information contained in the guest book within the property. A few lamps in the lounge area wouldn’t go astray. Otherwise a beautiful place.

Thankyou for your feedback on the gates at the property - we are glad that you were able to locate the black button eventually! Regarding check in and out times - as we are sure you can understand given the current circumstances our housekeepers are following a far more extensive checklist than normal and this property is also COVID misted. Therefore check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. We hope to host you again soon!
