Plenty of room for the seven in our party. Excellent excellent accommodations to allow for cooking on the premises with a well stocked kitchen.

Great Rental

Perfect location, short walk to lift, enough space for 8 adults, 3 restrooms was a bonus. Clean and easy check in.

Great place to stay when visiting Telluride! Walk distance to the Gondola! The property is very clean, convenient and nice! The host is very nice and helpful! Highly recommended!

Great location, plenty of living space, well furnished kitchen. Only downsides were that we didn’t have enough blankets and the futon was broken.

We sincerely apologize for the blanket shortage and the broken futon — that's not the experience we want for our guests. We've already taken steps to add extra blankets and have the futon replaced so future guests don't run into the same issues. Great place with plenty of space for the 7 of us. Quick access to main gondola and downtown Telluride. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great stay!

We had a group of 10 stay comfortably here. The host (Evolve team) was super communicative and friendly. Just as described - very close to lift and a short walk to town. Great memories were made here!

Ski vacation

Nice space and great location. Would recommend for a group looking for easy access to the mountain. Indoor parking and equipment storage was a bonus. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing!

Warm and cozy, yet quite large!

Warm and cozy, yet quite large. Has all the amenities. Great location for walking to restaurants, grocery stores, and trail heads. Spectacular views. Responsive owner.

Telluride 2025

We had a great time in Telluride. Walk to the lifts was really easy. Condo was as advertised and worked well for the group. Matt was a great host and responded to any questions we had.

Everything was great, it is a little annoying not having an onsite manager that is connected with the VRBO account. It is someone in some other place that tells you to text a number.

Lulu City condo

It was great. Everything was clean, very true to how it was pictured and presented. A little hard to find, but the detailed directions helped very much. The signage is somewhat covered by leaves , trees and bushes.We appreciated that it was stocked with basics, like TP, tissues, coffee filters and dishwasher supplies. The kitchen cookware and dishes were very nice with ample supply.

The condo is kinda tucked back in the corner of the property and essentially providing more privacy. I'll review the description for directions and see if we can revise it for more clarity. Telluride Tradition

We go to Telluride every year. We are a family of 7 kids range 22-16. Place had plenty of space for all of us and super convient to chair lift 7. Our only recommendation is to add more furniture to the living room. It was awesome to use the spa after a hard day of skiing. We would for sure go back.

Gorgeous, clean & near everything!

Our family of five adults stayed for three nights in this beautiful condo. It is spacious, clean, and well stocked with necessities. It felt very homey and provided us everything we needed for our stay. It is just a couple of walkable blocks from delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and trailheads. We came in the off-season, because we are not skiers, so I cannot speak to any of that. Due to the season, the swimming pool and hot tub were also closed. I would definitely recommend this condo, and would come back myself in the future, if we return to Telluride.
