Welcome to our home away from home. Relax in the renovated, beachy chic condo with new 2024 painted walls, ceilings and baseboards; stainless steel appliances, electronics, furniture, accessories and bedding. The master retreat has an amazing gulf view with a King sized bed and full en suite bath with double sinks, a separate jetted tub, and a walk in shower. The guest room also updated in 2024 with LVP flooring, a King sized bed, and full bathroom, updated Porcelain tile in tub/shower. The living room couch has a memory gel pull out bed.
The split floor plan is perfect for two couples or families, or even Grandma, Grandpa, Mom and Dad and the kids.

The 3rd level location takes advantage of gulf views from the living room, master bedroom and expansive L-shaped balcony. The dining portion of the balcony is under roof with plenty of space for lounging in the sun in the open area.
Within the complex, there is a well equipped gym, outdoor grilling area, library/office work area just off of the lobby and a covered parking garage. But nothing compares to the 1200 square foot lagoon pool, with a smaller pool that is heated during cooler weather and a hot tub that all take in the tropical landscaping that will give you a true resort experience. Enjoy the private beach access with Free Seasonal Beach Service, Includes 1 Umbrella & 2 Beach Chairs. Paddle boards and Kayaks are available for rental at Beach Service Hut. EV Chargers are on site.

Relaxing beachfront condo getaway

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. My husband & I, and our daughter & husband each had a bedroom with our own bathroom and 2 grandkids had the pullout couch. Plenty of room for all of us. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus! We never felt crowded at the pool, as it was huge. There was direct beach access so we could go back and forth from pool to beach. Deena, the owner, was awesome also. She was so friendly and answered all my questions and, if she missed my call, she promptly returned my call. I would definitely recommend vacationing at this condo.

Perfect Central View at the Crescent!

What a wonderful stay at the Crescent. It was our first time at this condo complex after 10 years of coming to the Destin/Miramar area every summer. By far, this was our Favorite stay yet! This unit is located near the elevator and has a perfect central view out to the gulf! Well-stocked unit with everything in the Kitchen we could need and more. Everything was clean and updated. Paint & baseboards were fresh. The beds were comfortable. Patio was amazing. Thanks so much!

Spring break

25th Anniversary getaway

The trip was amazing! The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you need. The Crescent is safe and very secure. It is quiet and well located and just a great place to relax. The communications with the Doerners were timely and had all the information you needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

I cannot believe how fortunate I feel that we chose this place! It was our first time at the Emerald Coast and this place is beautiful! It's a perfect location, clean and Deena is very communicative and you can definitely tell she cares about their property and want to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Late Summer Sunshine

This trip to the Crescent was amazing! The condo was perfect for the two of us. Love the outdoor porch and furnishings outside for relaxing. The water was incredibly calm. We bought floats and floated in the Gulf each day. We did not lack for anything at this condo and the owner was a wonderful communicator during our check in and check out. No problems at all! Just total relaxation and lots of Florida sunshine!

Just as described

Our stay in 214 was incredible. The condo has a great layout with both rooms being extremely private. The complex is quiet and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything our family needed for our week stay. Would definitely book 214 again and hats off to Deena as she is extremely organized and informative with her guests.

Wonderful place to stay

214 became our home for a week and it felt just like it. It was perfect for our family! With double red flags most the week the kids made the most of the pool. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Clean and Bright

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is well equipped and clean. It has wonderful views of the ocean and pool area. The heated pool was wonderful because the beginning of our stay was colder then expected. If you are looking for a morning walk there is a nice path out front and a coffee shop about 1 mile down the road. Deena has excellent communication. It was the perfect place!

Wonderful condo and location!

Walking into the condo, it is a beachy paradise! The condo is decorated beautifully, is fully equipped with anything you could possibly want or need for a stay. Location is perfect, far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but also close enough for anything you need. The view is exactly as seen in the listing. The beach, steps away from the pool. This is a beautiful property. As a first time user of Vrbo, I was very impressed with the ease of everything from the initial reservation to check-out of the property. Communication with the owner was very easy, all my questions were answered immediately. We'll definately be back to visit again!

Grandchildren at the beach

We were blessed to invite our daughter and her family to join us at Miramar Beach for a few days. Crescent 214 was such a lovely condo and was perfect for our trip. Deena was so pleasant and reached out to make sure our stay was everything we hoped. We look forward to visiting again.

Superb, excellent, wonderful!

We have been going to the Crescent for years and staying in various units. By far, this was the cleanest, most comfortable one we’ve stayed in. Additionally, Deena is an incredible host. She called me on check-in to let me know the unit was ready, she texted to make sure we were able to seamlessly access the property, etc. She truly cares about her guests and their experience.

We love this area so much we moved here from Southern Indiana. I am a housewife/condo manager. We are the proud grandparents of two beautiful granddaughters and love spending time at the beach with them and our daughter and son-in-law. We love the Destin/Miramar sunsets on the beach and all the many wonderful restaurants and amenities in the area.

The first time we came here, we fell in love with this place. This is our one and only rental property. We want your stay here to be as memorable as ours are. Once you come to the Crescent at Miramar, you will understand. There is no other place like it!! The friendly staff, the beautiful emerald colored water and pearly white sandy beaches, there is no other place I would rather be. Some of the most breathtaking views in the world. Easily one of our favorite places to just get away and relax.

We are working with other owners at the Crescent to do multi-unit rentals!! The Crescent is a gated property and has a covered parking garage, with 3 elevators, 2 in the Lobby and 1 in the covered garage. The condos community pool is extremely large with a resort feel. Having a smaller heated pool which is very convenient during cooler times and a relaxing hot tub. The landscaping is immaculate, and our balcony has an amazing view. We love that the beach is just steps away and no roads to cross. We love that the beach here is a Private Beach!
