Celebrate Thanksgiving on the Beach! Gulf Frontage! Great Views! Private Beach!

Welcome to our home away from home. Relax in the renovated, beachy chic condo with new 2024 painted walls, ceilings and baseboards; stainless steel appliances, electronics, furniture, accessories and bedding. The master retreat has an amazing gulf view with a King sized bed and full en suite bath with double sinks, a separate jetted tub, and a walk in shower. The guest room also updated in 2024 with LVP flooring, a King sized bed, and full bathroom, updated Porcelain tile in tub/shower. The living room couch has a memory gel pull out bed.
The split floor plan is perfect for two couples or families, or even Grandma, Grandpa, Mom and Dad and the kids.

The 3rd level location takes advantage of gulf views from the living room, master bedroom and expansive L-shaped balcony. The dining portion of the balcony is under roof with plenty of space for lounging in the sun in the open area.
Within the complex, there is a well equipped gym, outdoor grilling area, library/office work area just off of the lobby and a covered parking garage. But nothing compares to the 1200 square foot lagoon pool, with a smaller pool that is heated during cooler weather and a hot tub that all take in the tropical landscaping that will give you a true resort experience. Enjoy the private beach access with Free Seasonal Beach Service, Includes 1 Umbrella & 2 Beach Chairs. Paddle boards and Kayaks are available for rental at Beach Service Hut. EV Chargers are on site.

The Crescent is our favorite condo to stay at in Destin/Miramar Beach. The pool and beach never feel too crowded and the property always feels safe. Also, the girl that works at the front desk is WONDERFUL!

Summer Vacation

The Crescent is a great family oriented property and Deena is an awesome home owner! This home was a great stay and such a blessing for my family my wife and I really thought there was plenty of space for us and our 3 children. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone whenever available!

Great condo!

Crescent 214 is a wonderful condo! This was our second time staying at this resort, but our first time in this unit. The resort itself is great! As for the condo, it was just as pictured. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great from the beginning. Deena was so sweet and checked in on us while we were there to make sure all was good. We loved it and will definitely be requesting to stay here again!

Beautiful condo with perfect host

This condo is actually even more lovely in person than the pictures can capture. It is tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The bedding and towels were also very high quality which was truly appreciated. I can not overstate how clean everything was as well-the floors, bathroom and balcony were all immaculate. Additionally, Deena could not have been nicer or more available to questions. The Crescent facilities were also very well maintained and very clean. I can not recommend this property enough.

Condo was great!! Loved that the property was gated and private. Cozy and comfortable for 6 of us. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. The pool and grounds are well kept. Pool was large and never crowded, which was very nice. Beach service was wonderful(reserve chairs early for the week)! You only had a slight view of the ocean, but it was still a beautiful view above the pool area. We had a couple of unforeseeable issues that Deena was very quick to address. Grocery store and shopping is literally in sight from entrance door. Surf Hut restaurant next door was convenient with great food! Would definitely recommend this place! Lots of families with kids and everyone was very friendly!! there's plenty of parking, however, spaces are tight. We picked up two dings in one night on my new vehicle, so choose spaces at end of lot, we learned the hard way. Great week, great beach, great stay!

Loved this unit in The Crecent

214 had everything we needed and more for our stay. The condo was super clean and well-cared for. Having an industrial-sized Speed Queen washer and dryer was the beach luxury I never knew I needed…so easy to keep our beach towels fresh and clean and each load took no time. We loved this condo and hope to stay again in the future.

Excellent place to stay in Miramar Beach

We have never visited Miramar Beach until this stay. We couldn’t have picked a better condo! Location is great, loved the pools and private beach. Condo has everything you need and the owner was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. Beautiful decor inside as well as beautiful views from the balcony. Still can’t believe the tourquoise water!

2025 Spring Break

What an amazing time. Perfect destination for our family getaway. Couldn’t have asked for a better view as well accommodations. Room was easily accessible using both the stairs and elevator. Loved the family atmosphere and family touches throughout the room. Definitely a revisit in our near future.

Relaxing beachfront condo getaway

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. My husband & I, and our daughter & husband each had a bedroom with our own bathroom and 2 grandkids had the pullout couch. Plenty of room for all of us. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus! We never felt crowded at the pool, as it was huge. There was direct beach access so we could go back and forth from pool to beach. Deena, the owner, was awesome also. She was so friendly and answered all my questions and, if she missed my call, she promptly returned my call. I would definitely recommend vacationing at this condo.

Perfect Central View at the Crescent!

What a wonderful stay at the Crescent. It was our first time at this condo complex after 10 years of coming to the Destin/Miramar area every summer. By far, this was our Favorite stay yet! This unit is located near the elevator and has a perfect central view out to the gulf! Well-stocked unit with everything in the Kitchen we could need and more. Everything was clean and updated. Paint & baseboards were fresh. The beds were comfortable. Patio was amazing. Thanks so much!

We love this area so much we moved here from Southern Indiana. I am a housewife/condo manager. We are the proud grandparents of two beautiful granddaughters and love spending time at the beach with them and our daughter and son-in-law. We love the Destin/Miramar sunsets on the beach and all the many wonderful restaurants and amenities in the area.

The first time we came here, we fell in love with this place. This is our one and only rental property. We want your stay here to be as memorable as ours are. Once you come to the Crescent at Miramar, you will understand. There is no other place like it!! The friendly staff, the beautiful emerald colored water and pearly white sandy beaches, there is no other place I would rather be. Some of the most breathtaking views in the world. Easily one of our favorite places to just get away and relax.

We are working with other owners at the Crescent to do multi-unit rentals!! The Crescent is a gated property and has a covered parking garage, with 3 elevators, 2 in the Lobby and 1 in the covered garage. The condos community pool is extremely large with a resort feel. Having a smaller heated pool which is very convenient during cooler times and a relaxing hot tub. The landscaping is immaculate, and our balcony has an amazing view. We love that the beach is just steps away and no roads to cross. We love that the beach here is a Private Beach!
