The stunning living room accentuated by a 10' high tiled fireplace wall has unrestricted views of the beautiful emerald coast that opens to a large private beachfront balcony for both relaxing and sunbathing. Those desiring to dine-in will delight in the fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances, quartz waterfall countertops, separate bar area with wine/beverage cooler and a kitchen peninsula facing the oceanfront. Because it is gorgeous, directly on the sugar-white beaches that made Destin famous, and one of the most desirable properties in all of the panhandle, at a price you can't beat for what you get. Includes 2 king beds, Pottery Barn sofa that converts to a unique side queen sleeper in living room suitable for the youngsters , beach service included of 2 chairs and one umbrella (in season), and a balcony with comfortable furniture and two chase lounges that we bet you will fall asleep in before your stay is over.

Generally uncrowded, with not just one but 2 pools to relax in, and one so large that your pool toys and rafts are always welcome.
