From the moment you enter, you will find a modern comfortable environment with extraordinary ambiance. Unit includes new hard-surface flooring throughout, crown moldings that elevate the 10' ceilings, two built-in fireplaces, and large smart-televisions. The stunning living room accentuated by a 10' high tiled fireplace wall has unrestricted views of the beautiful emerald coast that opens to a large private beachfront balcony for both relaxing and sunbathing. Those desiring to dine-in will delight in the fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances, quartz waterfall countertops, separate bar area with wine/beverage cooler and a kitchen peninsula facing the oceanfront. At the end of the day, your master bedroom awaits to provide an oasis of relaxation while the flickering flames of your private electric fireplace dance with the crystals. Unit includes two completely remodeled baths, one with tub-shower and the master with oversized gorgeous large shower with two shower heads and double sinks. Paradise found.

Only thing missing in condo unit was a CD player...The Crescent needs a ramp down to the beach.....elimate those steps!

Wonderful Vacation at The Crescent again this year!

Our beautiful condo facilities were more than sufficient. Our families of 10 enjoyed the enjoyed the two condos we rented, the beach, and the pool. Our grandchildren, ages 5-7 enjoyed spending time with other guests children at the pool and the beach. The site is clean, safe and inviting for families. Thank you for having such fine facilities and for the secure operations at the site.

First time Miramar

Property was very conveniently located. Beach access very easy and the chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach were a bonus. Had internet issues which were promptly resolved. More towels were needed and provided but not until mid week. Pillows on bed desperately need updated. Overall very nice and would recommend to others.

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the Crescent. It was a beautiful condo and we liked that it was only 4 floors. My only recommendation would be to possibly leave a bracelet or 2 in the condo. You can’t check in until 4, front desk staff leaves at 5 and doesn’t come back till 9. When you’re traveling that one hour is a very short window.

Fabulous Property

This unit was one of the nicest condos I've ever stayed in. Had everything you could think of. Furniture and beds were very comfortable, and view was incredible. The complex has an amazing pool and the chairs and umbrella were a wonderful plus. Will stay here in the future!!!

September vacation

Location of the Crescent is ideal. Landscaping and grounds maintenance are great features. Our host,Marcia,was wonderful to work with. The unit looks like something that you would like to live in. Highly recommend this unit and this hostess for your stay..!

Great stay!

The unit is beautifully decorated and peaceful. Great views, and the pool and beach service were so nice to have. The location is great near shops and restaurants and right next door to the Surf Hut restaurant. The only recommendation for improvement is that the washing machine could use a good cleaning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Miramar Beach!

GREAT condo for family vacation!

Our entire family (6 of us - 2 adults + 14 year old + 15 year old + two 9 year olds) had a WONDERFUL time. This condo was perfect and just the right size. The view was incredible, the location was wonderful and the updates in the condo were so great. I would recommend this for anyone looking to visit Miramar Beach!

Whoa!

This condo was incredible. So clean, chic, and convenient. The Crescents Pool is large and very well kept. Recommendation, order the bushwhacker at the oyster bar & grill only about a block away next to Winn Dixie. The food there is also delightful!

June Family Vacation

This was our 6th year taking a family vacation to the Destin area and we all enjoyed this condo and property more than any other we have ever utilized. My wife and 12 and 8 year old daughters were all so happy and impressed with 414 and the Crecent property that we have already rebooked for next year and I can say that we will plan to spend at least a week in this unit a year as long as this unit is available for renting!!

Because it is gorgeous, directly on the sugar-white beaches that made Destin famous, and one of the most desirable properties in all of the panhandle, at a price you can't beat for what you get. Includes 2 king beds, Pottery Barn sofa that converts to a unique side queen sleeper in living room suitable for the youngsters , beach service included of 2 chairs and one umbrella (in season), and a balcony with comfortable furniture and two chase lounges that we bet you will fall asleep in before your stay is over.

Pool Pavilion is fabulous. If not the best in all of Destin, certainly one of the exceptional pool pavilions! Generally uncrowded, with not just one but 2 pools to relax in, and one so large that your pool toys and rafts are always welcome.
