FANTASTIC STAY!!

This is THE perfect location for a relaxing stay on Lake Havasu. For 2 couples, having ensuite king rooms was absolutley perfect! Everything was as described, and better! We rented a pontoon for 2 of the days of our stay. We cruised the river and Lake Havasu-beautiful waters and mountains. Floating in the water just outside the front dor was so relaxing, too. Area restaurants were fabulous, too! The owner, Cobe- and propertty managers were wonderful. We loved this vacation place and rate it in the top 5 ever! We hope to return!!

Lake Havasu

Pros-Check in was easy. The condo is located in a great area right on the water. Fully stocked with all kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels. Cons- needs a deep cleaning, and time to change out some of the area rugs in kitchen and bathrooms, Ceiling fan did not work in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Outdoor temp was 114 so the fans were needed. Outdoor BBQ was out of propane and it looked like it had never been cleaned.

Cobe, Karen and :)oby Crosby. Live in Chatsworth,Ca., LOVE HAVASU! We have been enjoying Havasu since 1984.
Watched every nail go into our unit as it was being built. Very excited about others enjoying this SPECTACULAR condo as we do. Sitting up in bed and looking at the World
Famous London Bridge, watching $200,000 boats go by 15 ft from the tinted windows.
Nothing could be finer. ENJOY!!!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have wanted to be on the water at Lake Havasu for 25 years, and with only a few oppurtunities,
this complex was a dream come true. We went from spending our days on our boat in the Channel, to spending days in our condo on the water, with our boat moored in front.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

15 FT from the water! 15 FT. from the water! 15 FT. from the water! Tinted windows, you can see out, no-one can see in! Everything is in walking distance, the best restaurant in Havasu, CHA BONES, movies, book store,Havasu Hot Laps, dozens of other restraurants, London Bridge, gyms ,Church's ,the Sunday Swap meet,Winsor launch ramp, etc., etc.
