Fox Haven is our “Happy Place.” It is in a beautiful location: quiet, peaceful, serene. The furnishings provided are amazing (especially the kitchen!). There is plenty of space to meet the needs of the guests. The hosts are delightful and easy to work with. We have stayed there once or twice a year for a number of years now and intend to continue to do so!

Our second stay and definitely not our last! This place is so comfortable and beautiful, I wish I could live there full time. The sound of the water rushing by is the perfect white noise. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Even the firm mattress and shower pressure were great! Cant wait to come back.

The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Our group really enjoyed the beautiful views and spending time outdoors. The kitchen had ample space for us to gather for family meals and the living room area had enough seating for us all. It was a great stay and we will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, quick, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, tranquil property in a setting that appeals to all your senses. Our 3-generation family of 9 had plenty of room. Definitely appreciate the large dining room table as well as the ability to cook and eat indoors and outdoors. Would stay again if in the area.

This was our 4th trip to this house. We LOVE it. The owners have poured their heart and souls into this house. The hosts are extremely easy to get a response from. You feel like you have arrived home the minute you open the door. Proximity to The Pie Shoppe and Ligonier are excellent. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us!

What a magical home! We had a wonderful weekend at this cottage on a creek. It was very clean and had everything you needed. We loved swimming in the creek, having fires in the fire pit, and enjoying time with family. The proximity to activities is another plus - we took our toddler to Idlewild and had a fantastic day. If we had more time we would have checked out the nearby state parks. Ligonier is a cute little town with all the amenities you need. The hosts were very responsive when there was an area wide power outage and had candles and flashlights at the home. We can’t wait to stay here again next summer!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. It was exceptionally clean. Beautiful views of the surrounding nature from the main living areas. The creek was a ton of fun for the 4 adults, and our 5 boys under the age of 6. The sleeping spaces were very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space to store what you need. The house came with essentials for cooking. The fire pit was a huge hit with our kids. There are so many activities to do near by including; Idlewild and Soak Zone, a Winery, Mountain water beach, and a beautiful town square with great places to eat. We highly recommend, and hope to visit again in the near future!

We love it here! Third visit to Fox Haven and we plan to return. The space is perfectly accommodating and super cute! The area has great hiking and some really good food nearby. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful quiet cottage

It was a very nice quiet place to stay! The kids loved it, we caught crawfish like crazy everyday i think we spent more time in the creek then inside.

I dreamed about booking this place for years before the trip. It was even more wonderful than I imagined. The setting is incomparable and the comfort far above the many places I have rented before. Everyone commented on how completely stocked the kitchen was. We were delighted by the space and the place. I’ve already booked to come again.

This adorable cottage provided the perfect setting for a reunion seven high school friends! The surroundings are beautiful, and there are plenty of lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. We particularly enjoyed the terrace by the stream and the firepit. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Note that the owners have a very detailed list of rules and check in/ check out procedures. This is how they keep the place in great shape, but be prepared.
