At MyPlace we are committed to provide a safe environment for all of our guests, partners and associates, that´s why we are taking additional measures on our cleaning processes and social interaction, our housekeeping staff wear gloves and face mask all the time during the cleaning service, additionally, we use certified antiviral products for cleaning every surface in our spaces.

The Space:
Pent House with amazing mexican desing to discover La Condesa from this amazing space full of art. Designed by Andres Peña "El Vuelo del Quetzal" allow you to inmerse yourself in a special room and enjoy a relaxing stay in your own room. You´ll have a lot to live from here.

Guest Access:
"The Gallery Condesa" has a roof garden with bbq, common TV room, common kitchen (you also have a kitchenette in the apartment), there are multiple places to hang and enjoy a coffee or a meal. High speed internet and cable TV in all rooms.

The Neighborhood:
The Condesa or "The Countess" in Mexico City is the most desirable neighborhood and it is not for nothing, there's always something interesting to do or see. There are bicycles to rent in every corner, either "ecobicis", "bicigratis". This neighborhood also features some of best restaurants and nightlife. It is very central and safe and it is suitable to enjoy by foot as there is always something interesting around the corner.

Getting Around:
La Condesa is in privileged location, surrounded by some of the most important avenues in the city like Insurgentes, Paseo de la Reforma and Circuito Interior, it´s actually very convenient to get to the airport, Centro Historico and Coyoacan, whether you visit the city for leisure or business, you will always be connected to the rest of multifaceted Mexico City.

Other Things to Note:
En lo que mas invertimos fue en las camas, son "pillowtop" de la más alta calidad. El edificio cuenta con un roof garden con asador. Si quieres utilizarlo por favor de avisar y hacer una reservación antes de usarlo. La sala común cuenta con una gran TV con cable para ver eventos deportivos, jugar videojuegos, películas de estreno, etc. Solo te pedimos que no se utilice mas de una hora si hay otros huéspedes queriendo utilizarla.
Aceptamos mascotas pequeñas de no más de 8k con un costo adicional de 40usd por estancia, en caso de que la estancia sea mayor a 7 días, el costo es por semana.

Interaction with Guests:
I will not always be present, but there is always someone in the building who can support what the guests need. I can also help with what you need by phone or message during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
