We loved the property's convenient location to various destinations including the downtown area. Host was great to work with and the home is lovely. Note: This probably would not be a good choice if renters have any trouble negotiating stairs.

I'm so glad that you shared what you enjoyed and thank you again for coming. The stairs can be a challenge for some but so worth being on top of the San Juan river with the mountain views.

The house was as advertised. Views from rooms and decks were great. Hot tub was great after the long days on the mountain. Garage was perfect for storing ski gear. I would stay here again.

Great Place for Family

We have been to Pagosa Springs many times and have rented a variety of places and this one was the best. It has a great location in town and was very comfortable for my family.

The location is amazing. Steps away from the water, close enough to town to walk, but far enough for peace and quiet.

Amazing stay!

This property was wonderful, we had a great time and it was so easy to get to and from the ski resort. Will be going back in the future.

Really nice property close to downtown Pagosa.

Our group all really enjoyed the townhouse. We will definitely add it to the top of our short list of Pagosa vacation rental properties to consider.

Pagosa Springs - Great Stay

Beautiful property on the river. Manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property and city for a vacation.

Great stay

Everything was as described. Beth was very easy to deal with. The accommodations are super convenient to down town and Wolf Creek. Townhouse was very comfortable for our stay .

Awesome condo, great location!

The condo is nice and roomy. The location can't be beat! Walking distance to the hot springs, shopping and dining. The property management team is great.

Amazing Place In Pagosa Springs!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The place was very clean and well maintained. We were able to walk to dinner and the shops near the hot spring hotel. I would definitely come back to this place again!

Perfect river stay

Beth is a lovely attentive host. The property and the unit is perfect. It’s beautiful three stories with the most amazing hot tub on the third story overlooking the river the stars at night it couldn’t get better.

Great location!

My family and in really enjoyed staying at “The Talk of The Town”! The location was very close to town, the house was fully stocked from the kitchen, bedrooms, linens, towels (even for the hot springs) and a bbq. The house was very comfortable. We will stay again!

Killer spot

Place was great. Clean and super close to everywhere you would want to go in Pagosa. Beth was fantastic and even snow shoveled the driveway! This is now where I stay when in Pagosa

Wonderful stay for our daughter's wedding

Very nice condo right on the San Juan River. We really enjoyed our stay here for our daughters wedding. Very close to the hot springs and city of Pagosa. Our host, Beth was very accommodating with all of our date changes. We will stay here again when in Pagosa.

Comfortable stay

This home was well stocked. We had everything we needed. The river front was excellent. And we enjoyed the hot tub! We'll be back in the future!

Exceeded All Expectations

This place was absolutely perfect. It is immaculately clean, has very comfortable bedding, spectacular views, great location and an excellent stocked kitchen. All of the cooking supplies the best I’ve seen at a vacation rental. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Great property with all and more

Loved the hot tub and the kitchen had everything you need. The beds were comfy and house is decorated well and super clean! House is super close to town and the views are beautiful from back. We’ll be back!

Wonderful

We had an amazing time! The townhouse was perfect! Great location! Short walk to town. Wolf Creek was about a 25 min drive. We will definitely book again!

Amazing

The house was perfect for our family of 5 we had our own space to rest and relax. We couldn’t have ask for a more perfect place and everything you could kf wanted she had all comforts of home! I highly recommend this place!
