Very clean and plenty of amenities. Short walk to the beach. The hot tubs and pool were great. Easy communication with Richard. We would definitely stsy again.

We had a great stay! One small issue that was easily fixed with excellent communication form Richard! The condo has everything you need plus the views are just amazing! Loved having so many pool options and how close it was to the beach!

Very pleased after our stay here. The unit was very clean and was everything the listing described. The resort property had plenty of amenities, and the beach area was really enjoyable (came home with almost 200 shark teeth for the week). The resort itself is in a great location, far enough away from the busy central MB area but still only a few minutes away from wherever you might want to go. Would definitely consider staying here again, thank you for sharing your home away from home.

Very nice oceanfront property. Beautiful views, close access to the beach and pools. The space was very clean. The amenities were nice as well. Comfortable beds and couch as well. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive also.

Richard, your attention to detail did not go unnoticed! This condo was perfect for our family of 8, with kids ranging in age from toddler to teenager. Everyone had their own space with so many outdoor activities to choose from. We did the Tuesday night luau which was fun, & were in walking distance to pretty much every type of cuisine. We had a great time staying & will be back in the future!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Our family members all enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the condo! Everything was so close to either drive or walk and it was super helpful the heated pools and beach were literally out the back door!

Our location was perfect! Overlooked the 7th floor pool and had a view of the beach. The unit had everything we needed. 15 minute drive to everything we wanted to see. The pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers were very nice but being so close to the beach was the best part!

Richard's condo was exactly how described! The condo was spacious enough for our 5 adults, was very clean, and the view was amazing! The ability to visit a different pool/lazy river almost daily was great! Richard had wonderful communication with us from beginning to end. The kitchen was stocked better than my own! We REALLY appreciated the 5 sand chairs as we were thinking we would have to buy our own. The one thing I think would help future renters is knowing that Grande Shores has a completely different vibe on the weekends vs. during the week. It took us until Monday to realize that there are hotel rooms in the building so there were a lot of people who come just for the weekend. The weekdays were much quieter and the pools were less busy. We found the condo to be in a great location for grocery/shopping etc... and within a 11-15 minute drive to just about anything. Thanks Richard, we had a wonderful family vacation!!!!!!! P.S. Be prepared to check out on time! Richard's cleaning crew was standing outside waiting for us to leave at 9:50! Luckily we were ready to roll!

This is our third year staying at this property and it gets better every year. Our host/Richard has made it into one of the best vacation distention we have used through VRBO. It truly is a home away of home for our family. This is a hidden gem that we hope to return too for many years to come.

Our stay was wonderful especially having our children with us. The property is located one floor above the wave pool and hot tub, so we could see them easily from our balcony. There was everything we needed; plenty of absorbent towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap and some extras in the cupboards if you forgot salt, pepper, etc. The place was an impeccably clean and the window to the beach was wonderful. The parking was abundant and easily accessible. Our host Richard was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions quickly. We would definitely consider staying there again, there were a lot of hot tubs and warm pools that made our stay even better since it was colder than expected a few of the days. Thank you Richard for making our stay like a home away from home!

First of all Richard is a top notch host. The property was everything and then some of what we were wanting for a vacation rental. You definitely won’t be disappointed in staying here.

Myrtle beach getaway

We had a girls getaway with my 4 year old and 1 year old and we had a fantastic time. The condo was clean and nicely updated. We loved being so close to the rooftop pool and the beach.

Perfect Place

We took our kids and they each brought a friend, it was a perfect setup. I love the location of the condo as well, it’s so nice overlooking the rooftop pool.

Family at the beach

Our stay was amazing. The condo was immaculate. It was perfect for what we needed. The only thing we wish is at the pool hours were a little bit longer access to the beach was great having the towels for the pool was a plus in the grass area to layout out and loved it would definitely stay again. Best vacation we’ve had in a long time.

Another Great Vacation

This was our second year staying in this wonderful condo. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could need and the view is fabulous! Hopefully this will be a yearly stay!
