Thank you for your comments and feedback. We will certainly address your comments with our housekeeping team and sorry to hear of that, that is definitely not our standard. The pool/spa area is actually permanently closed with no re-opening date, it does mention this in the listing and no pool amenities are advertised, so apologies that was missed. Again, thank you for the feedback and we hope to serve you again in the future. Mammoth Reservations Team

Thank you for your comments and feedback! We are very sorry that no trash bags were left, definitely a miss on our part there. Next time, feel free to contact us and we can run some over to you. Glad to hear you enjoyed the unit and had a great trip overall, we look forward to welcoming you back! Mammoth Reservations Team

Thank you so much for your comments and review. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at our property. We will update our listing regarding the bed configuration. If you scroll down to the description it includes "PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. We apologize for any inconvenience". Please remember to take advantage of our returning guest discount for your next visit! We look forward to welcoming you back. Thank you, Mammoth Reservations Team

Thank you for the feedback and comments.

Thank you for your review and feedback, and we are sorry to hear of your experience. We have reported to the property manager on site that the laundry machines do not work, again apologies for this inconvenience and as previously offered we are still happy to cover your expense for the laundry. I do see that we offered to send maintenance during your stay to address the reported items, but it was denied, I can confirm all of the items have now been taken care of. We are extremely sorry to learn of your son’s health, this was not reported at the time of early departure, we were not given any reason of why you were leaving early and were notified that you had purchased travel insurance and would be filing a claim, so we certainly could have discussed an alternative but weren’t given the opportunity. This is unfortunately the first time we are learning of that. I hope your son has recovered and is doing well. The other items mentioned in your feedback in regards to the TV have also been addressed and taken care of. I hope you enjoyed the 4 days you were able to be here, and don’t forget to take advantage of our returning guest discount on your next visit. We look forward to welcoming you back.

Great to hear that you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back very soon we hope!
