The Cottage - Ulladulla

The Cottage welcomes you to the stunning sands of Racecourse Beach.

This two bedroom home is your quintessential beach getaway destination where you walk in and feel like you are taken back in time and can truly relax. With two bedrooms sleeping 4 this is a great getaway for couples or a small family.

Bedding configuration:-

Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed

Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds

This property is only a 300 metre walk to Racecourse Beach which is great for surfing, fishing and swimming location.

The Cottage provides complementary Wi-Fi, you can watch Netflix and Stan on the TV although you will need access to your own account.

Please be aware, the crockery for this property is located in the credenza which is located in the dining room.

This property supplies linen so all you need to do is pack your beach towels, your board and your furry friend as this home is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Please note that dogs are not allowed inside the house.

Bella Coastal Property has a strict NO Party Policy. All guests must be Over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items (basic pantry items are provided).

Please note that all off our properties require a Pre-Authorisation form completed prior to arrival. This will be emailed to you.

Lovely little clean cottage secure yard

The cottage was lovely and clean and well supplied. The yard was lovely and secure for the dog. The shower was great, bed comfy and located a stones throw to Racecourse beach which is dog friendly (on leash). Lovely walk into Ulladulla along the cliff. Was very much at home here and hope to be back.

Cosy cottage - where’s the wifi?

This cottage is quite basic but definitely has everything you need for a getaway. Our dog loved the fenced back yard. Unfortunately the property was advertised as having wifi and that you could use your own account to watch Netflix or Stan. Unfortunately this was not the case - no wifi. We did not come to the coast to stay indoors but sadly the weather was absolutely terrible for our stay. Wifi (as advertised) would have made the trip more enjoyable.

Cozy & Perfect

We were very impressed with this little cottage! We felt right at home! Everything we needed was there and the outdoor entertainment area is perfect for an afternoon BBQ and then a stroll down to the beach! Our dogs loved the back yard and being so close to the beach ment walks mornning and night!
