Wonderful spot

We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the yard, and especially the beach and lake (and the lake "toys!"). Hope to visit again. Thanks so much for having us, Tim and Chelsea

Thank you for reviewing your stay, Tim and Chelsea! We are glad you had beautiful weather during your stay so you could take full advantage of the "toys" that this homeowner shares with their guests to use on the pond that is right outside the back door! We look forward to hosting you again soon!

Great place to stay, close to everything you need. Beautiful pond behind.Only downside is no towels and no bed sheets are included. Coming from far away, we obviously needed to go purchase our own stuff. Deceiving for the price of the place

Thank you for reaching out! We completely understand wanting to have linens provided for your stay. At this time, linens are not included at this property, as noted in the listing. We are also in the process of transitioning many of our properties to include linens, but this home has not yet made that transition. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Cape Cod family weekend

We have been going to the Cape for years and this year thought we would miss it due to other commitments. Then this wonderful little gem came available and we were able to see our grandchildren at the Cape. The house is charming and spotless. Our 7 year old grandsons loved the little private beach on the lake. It was a very special weekend for us. I would highly recommend this property!

Thanks so much for review of 35 Vacation Lane. We think its a special home with the awesome outside space right on a lake - so peaceful - perfect for kayaking and boating. We are happy to hear your grandsons had fun. That's what it is all about. We'd love to have you as our guest again in the future. Best - New England Vacation Rentals

Lovely stay on Poppy's Pond

This house was perfect for our family - spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and a well-stocked kitchen and newer appliances. The weather was not entirely cooperative, so having a nice place to spend time indoors, as well as being so close to Chatham and Brewster, was ideal. But we did have some nice days, and the kayaks/canoe were a great bonus. This house is clearly well-loved and maintained well. We would visit again - thank you for having us Poppy!
