The home was very clean. We Loved that we could have our Labradoodle.. Just a short walk to the beach as it’s across the street you actually have all down a little trail..

Atlantic Splash is a great location for a quiet and peaceful vacation. Very low traffic area and all residential which equates to rest and relaxation! Will be booking again!

Enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrellas to games. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location! Just to note, there are no stairs in this house and an elevator only to access the downstairs area.

We wanted beach and pool.. And we got what we were looking for!The beach access rocked and our 6 year old granddaughter made it with no complaining. Less than 100 feet from house exit to beach path made this very safe. The wildlife(turtles) and pretty flowers made the walk a delight.The elevator was fun, but if you don't follow the directions exactly you have to use the outside stairs.The ocean view was there beside the other houses.The pool was perfect for exactly when we wanted it.This is a well worn house that functions and offers so much fun that the wear is so easy to overlook. We did and might do it again!

Beautiful place right across from the beach!! Tons of board games, towels and kitchen tools!! They have beach chairs, umbrellas…. It’s loaded!!! Watch the waves from the deck or even the kitchen. We will be back :)

We loved our stay at your lovely house. The view is amazing, better than expected. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony while watching the ocean. The walk to the beach was only about 5 min. The pool was perfect and refreshing. Kitchen well stocked and bedroomsAnd bathrooms had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent location and the home was perfect for our 2 couples. Only steps to the beach and a view of the ocean from our deck. Communication with property manager was excellent. They responded immediately to our questions. The home was clean, there were just some areas that could use a good spring cleaning. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing house with a pool and amazing views. It was a very short walk to the beach. Close to the historic district of St Augustine. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

So much fun at the Atlantic Splash! The location to the beach was awesome and the neighborhood adorable! We had our girls trip at the house that we have been taking for 20 years and really enjoyed having a house at the beach to enjoy together! A plus!
