We had a wonderful time it was a beautiful place. We loved the short walk to the board walk and the whole complex and pool was very well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed and made it easy to cook our meals.

Wonderful location—easy to find and close to everything! The property was fully stocked with high-quality beach gear, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We loved the separate floors, which gave everyone plenty of privacy, even in a three-floor property. The balconies were wonderful, too. Communication was wonderful!! We highly recommend staying here!

We had a good time. Fortunate for us that the ramp to beach was located right at the condo . We are older so the steps in unit were challenging. The dunes have grown up so you could see the water but not the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped and seating in family room is super comfortable!

Great location! Loved the ocean view from 2nd & 3rd floor. Close to historic St. Augustine and tons of restaurants and shopping. Everything thing you need for an enjoyable stay!

This condo is very big and spacious with a wonderful ocean front view. The entire area was so nice and peaceful with a private boardwalk to the beach. We loved sitting on the patio, and there was plenty seating room for the 6 of us. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen very well stocked. We already can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful ocean front condo. Perfectly appointed with great thought given to what a family may need for their stay. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and plenty of beach chairs, toys and umbrella!

We loved being able to see the gorgeous sunrises every morning from the main bedroom. It was a beautiful place and had everything we needed in the home. Definitely will recommend to our friends. The little water areas on the property had little fish and a big turtle so even that was fun. Thank you!

Certainly enjoyed sipping wine on the upper level balcony and watching the ocean waves break. All the amenities of this property were made to order and were exactly as listed in the property description. will certainly return in the future.

We loved our stay with it’s beautiful ocean views, comfortable beds, short walk to beach (very very short), pretty pool area, plentiful bathrooms and well supplied kitchen.

My family and I had a wonderful stay on this property! Easy beach access and a wonderful selection of different beach toys, chairs, bikes, and umbrellas in the garage. Multiple beachfront balconies give you plenty of opportunity for the best beach sunrise picture! Perfect vacation!

Beautiful townhouse!! Excellent location with gorgeous views of the ocean. A very private and quiet complex. The home is stocked with everything you need during your stay. The bikes and beach supplies were much appreciated. We enjoyed a wonderful week watching the sun rise, walking the beach, touring downtown, bowling, putt putt golf and delicious dinners out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I’m sure you will too!

Great vacation stay

Loved staying at this property. We enjoyed using the bikes that were available as part of our stay and having three balconies to choose from for different views was awesome. Would definitely recommend as long as everyone in your party can handle stairs.

Excellent experience

Very clean, great pool for the kids, conveniently located by the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. Rental has everything needed for an enjoyable stay, with plenty of room and fantastic view of the beach!

Spacious and Accommodating

Family really enjoyed this beach house with having great ocean views, lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Accommodations of beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and bikes to ride was a plus.

Everything about our experience was more than pleasant. Accommodations were fabulous and there was nothing we could not find. Balcony views of the ocean were the icing on the cake.

Fantastic location

The third floor balcony lived up to the hype! The home was large and very well laid out. The proximity to the beach is perfect. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The kitchen was fully equipped with ceramic and stainless steel cookware which is an instant win for us as we often bring our own cookware to avoid teflon pans. The access to the beach was right outside the house, with a wash for your feet and beach equipment right at the end of the walkway; the beach supplies were plentiful. The views were spectacular, we enjoyed sunrise on both 2nd and 3rd floor porches every morning. I hope to return for another serene beach stay!
