This was a great place to stay. The Pool and the beach were amazing! Everything felt very safe and secure. We had one tiny issue with a filter on the refrigerator. The maintenance team was very responsive and got the filter changed right away! We would definitely stay here again!

I had originally picked another unit on this property but had to choose another because they were spraying for termites. To have a comparable unit I had to pay an extra 260 because they’re each individually owned. I felt a little cheated because it was not my fault this happened. I feel Resort Rentals should have taken care of the difference. I didn’t make the reservation so far in advance that it couldn’t have been avoided.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration with having to switch units and pay an additional $260, especially since the change was due to termite treatment and was outside of your control. Because each unit is individually owned, the rates can vary between properties, but we certainly understand why you felt disappointed by the additional cost. We’re sorry this situation affected your experience, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our management team. We hope that, despite this inconvenience, you were able to enjoy your stay and the property itself.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay. While I overall enjoyed my time, there were a few issues that impacted my experience. The main disruption was being unable to use the balcony because the guests on the floor above were constantly smoking. Although I reported this to the staff and they spoke to the neighbors, the smoking did not stop.Additionally, the mattresses in the rooms were somewhat uncomfortable, and the kitchen could benefit from a larger cutting board.I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Thank you for your review of Land's End 11-204 Beach Front. I’m sorry the balcony was unusable due to ongoing smoking from the unit above, I understand how frustrating that must have been. Our team did speak with the onsite managment during your stay, and I’ve escalated the issue with the association so it can be addressed more firmly going forward. Thank you for your feedback, it is helpful and I have shared this with our property manager and owner for review. We hope to welcome you back.

Short but sweet

Property was as advertised! Condo was clean and views were amazing. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for kids which is great not to have those items take space in car if driving. Unfortunately we had to leave 3 days into our stay due to hurricane ian… our family loved the time we had and will be staying there in the future:)

Perfect Family Vacation

This was the perfect property for a family vacation. The unit was exactly what the picture showed and was a perfect size for a family of 4. The view from the unit is amazing to wake up to and end the day with wonderful sunsets. The facilities in the complex are in great condition with a large pool area that never seemed crowded. The beach felt secluded, perfect for a family with kids. We never needed to contact the rental agency, they provided all the information we needed prior to arrival with additional information in the unit after arrival. Great rental experience.

Wrong week

Beautiful property and beach. I wasn’t impressed by receiving a contract AFTER I paid that said no money would be returned, for any reason, and the property I rented wasn’t even guaranteed, they move me at their discretion. We mistakenly traveled on college spring break. After arriving, and checking in, the town was packed with nowhere to eat. Still a very enjoyable vacation overall, just not as quiet as we’d hoped.

Great little home away from home

The property was very well kept and nice. The beach was beautiful as always and a great place to get away, along with the pool and spa. Only complaint… the ice machine didn’t work on the freezer. I called the day after we got there and placed a ticket. Was told the maintenance guy couldn’t make it until Tuesday which was fine we were there all week. We had an appointment on a fishing excursion all day Tuesday so we weren’t there so I’m not sure if the guy came. I wasn’t notified and the ice machine still didn’t work so I chalked it up as being broken. We just bought bags of ice. I didn’t feel like dealing with a maintenance call again on my vacation. Other than that the customer service through resort rentals was great and it wasn’t that big of a deal. I was more worried about getting the blame for it not working after we left. Hence why I called the first time. As mentioned the beach was nice just a lot more flesh exposure (men and women in thongs) than our stay before. That was not all but I will not go into detail. But you can’t complain since it’s a public beach. Just sucked having to explain some things to my 10 year old that I wasn’t expecting. This was the weekend only, the rest of the week wasn’t bad. So be ware if you have small children if you don’t want them exposed to certain things.

A Piece of Paradise!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lands End is a beautiful, quieter gated condo complex with covered parking! Our condo was beautifully furnished & decorated with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It even had a small office and some beach chairs for us to use. The grounds were immaculate with a wrap around boardwalk that went from oceanside to the bayside. The beach was beautiful and we saw around six dolphins playing and jumping in the water. The nicely landscaped pool area was huge and well maintained with lots of lounge chairs and tables. It had a nice size hot tub & bathrooms with a rinse off shower. We will definitely return to Lands End! Thank you Resort Rentals for making the rental process so easy. We had a wonderful & carefree vacation in paradise!!
