We stayed for a week. The house was very clean and had initial amenities that were needed. We had a few problems, and the host was very responsive and got someone in within an hour.

The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. The view was incredible & the sunsets were breathtaking!! The dishwasher did not work & we had to allow a service tech in twice, but the rental company was apologetic for the inconvenience. This is our second stay at Land’s End & second 4th of July down there. We will never stay anywhere else!!

It was perfect. Property is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were comfortable. The location is great to watch a beautiful sunset. Our first time staying here but will definitely be our go to when in town.

Perfect place!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed (beach front) The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic vacation stay!

We loved this condo. So many people around us on the beach had been staying in that complex for years and years. The location was great - steps to the beach and close to a ton of restaurants/grocery. The beach wasn’t crowded. Parking was under the units sheltered from bad weather. We’re used to staying in Clearwater, but are new converts to Treasure Island and Land’s End!There were some minor issues with the unit, but the host was super-responsive. Nothing to keep us from staying again. Very smooth process from start to finish. Tip: the TV service was a little wonky, but we just logged into our YouTubeTV account and were good to go!

Close walk to the beach, beach chairs provided! Master shower had poor temperature control. Upon arrival drain in master shower was not clean.Overall a great week and we already booked for September 2026

Perfect Beach Vacation!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The condo was very clean upon arrival, well appointed with everything you could need from kitchen equipment to beach gear and the views from the balcony were perfect. Some condos are small and crammed in, but we all felt we had plenty of space to spread out. The pool is a short walk away and was clean and well taken care of. It was one of the best beach stays we've ever had and we will certainly look to come back!

7-205 is an awesome T.I. condo!

I have vacationed on Treasure Island for 50 years and this condo is the best overall location that I have stayed. It is beautiful and impeccably clean. From beach chairs to a boogie board all beach accessories were provided for adventure on the beach. About the beach…it is a one minute walk through beautiful dunes from the condo The condo is spacious with all kitchen amenities provided. The balcony provided plenty of views including the sunset. You retire to clean rooms, comfortable bedding, and bathrooms with plenty of clean towels. My families’ experience was 5 star. From enjoying the beach, our room, and the pool in this gated community no need was unmet and will hope to stay in this condo in the near future!

The property was excellent in all respects. Very clean, excellent view! We found beach chairs and umbrella and ice chest in the property that made the stay that much more convenient. Definitely will be coming back. We can’t say enough good things.
