Classic oceanfront beach cottage with open floor plan and panoramic views in a beautiful setting. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outside deck with pergola and picnic table. Private walkway to the beach and additional oceanside seating area perched above the dunes. Outdoor hot/cold shower, Charcoal grill. Wonderful location convenient to shopping and local attractions. This is a perfect spot on the beach and especially ideal for a single family. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
Smart TV in living area, wireless internet, dishwasher, washer and dryer. AC and ceiling fans. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Great location, on a less crowded area of the beach. Everything was as described and we didn't run into any issues. We would stay here again.

We love staying at the Pink House because it feels like a well loved, lived in home right on the beach. Life is easy as it should be when on a beach vacation!

Homiest beach house

This was our fifth year staying at this delightful and comfortable house on the beach. Fits our family and activity lifestyle perfectly! Our host is fantastic!

Great place

House was clean and comfortable. Great location to beach and stores/restaurants. The wood deck needs replaced like 5 years ago. I would recommend this place to others, and I would stay here again.

We love the Pink House!

This is our third time staying here. We love the ease and laid back atmosphere of this house. Perfect for a family of 5 with three active kids. Well equipped and everything is comfy.

A four bedroom Beach house that feels like a cottage

Property is well-maintained,owner is accessible and responsive to inquiries. Dunes are well-maintained with plentiful foliage.

The house and location are lovely. The decks need repair in front and back. Railings are loose, boards have nails sticking up. We had no A/C for several days but host got it fixed asap due to holiday weekend.

We adore the Pink House. This is our fourth year coming and it is always the perfect fit for our family of five. Comfortable, user-friendly and the beach!! Our whole family knows just how special this property is and wish we could come more often! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great Beach House

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this house. Loved how open the living area was - good for family meals and game nights. The home was clean and the a/c worked great (although the bunk room could use a fan). The location was perfect! While the shrubs were nice for privacy, they were overgrown and blocked 85% of the beach view. Deck and outdoor furniture could use a freshening up. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Perfect Location!

The location is perfect! It is very close to the pier and things in Emerald Isle, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful the entire time that we were there. It felt as though we were the only people anywhere around when we were at the house and on the back deck. The house was great, very clean, and the listing was very accurate. We loved it!

Hi, we really enjoyed the location, direct access to the beach, coffee on the boardwalk benches, fishing off the beach.. etc. very nice. Thanks for an easy process in and out!

Exceeded Expectations

Very nice house. Feels private even though other houses and public access are close. Beach is nice and wide and not crowded. House was clean. Appliances seemed fairly new. Beds were comfortable. The only negative is very minor — the living room is not very comfortable. Turtles hatched during our visit. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pink House fun

My family of my wife and I and our college age kids and their friends thoroughly enjoyed the property. While the paintings are a big topic for conversation, they could be of concern with younger families. The area was amazing. The Beach was awesome and clean.

Traditional oceanfront cottages of this style are quickly disappearing and being replaced by larger houses that don't appeal to all vacationers. I feel that this house and others like it are what give Emerald Isle it's charm and need to be preserved.
