Breckenridge Luxury Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is exceptional with the ski lockers slope-side. Step out the door, and ski to the lift. Hot tub directly after skiing. Even take in a movie in the private theaters you can reserve. The 2026-2027 Season el Nino reports to have an above average season.

As of Sept. there are no 2 BR Residence available from the Lodge new years week at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, only from private owners like myself and many will show up as 2BR but only a 1BR master or 1 BR Suite.

We ONLY own the week starting Saturday December 26, 2026 to Saturday January 2, 2027, the "New Years" week. If additional days show available, they are NOT. VRBO will say sending for approval if you have chosen different dates and then that will be revised to the Sat to Sat dates. Average of $1500/night. Added discount after selecting the 7 days. Save over the lodge pricing when and if there is vacancy for a 2BR unit, which last year was 2300+/n after tax. We invite you to stay and have a wonderful New Years week. We also only rent the full week as it is a popular week.

FYI: The Time share Deed Owners, own one week each on this Grand Lodge mountain property. We own the New Years Week and a guarantee corner (larger) unit. Most owner/residents don't get to have a guaranteed unit and you don't know what room you will be in until you arrive. Have a fun and safe holiday.

2 Bedroom unites sleeps 8. We include the two adjoining unites for less than lodge pricing. Plus its hard to find a full week stay to include New Years in a joining 2BR residence. We have a guaranteed corner unit looking out toward the gondola, with wider views seeing both the valley and slope, ADA friendly (handicap). The 2 BR Unite suite, splits into 2 separate private unites.

1300 square' 2 Bedroom suite: There are 2 one-BR unites with two entrances that are connected by a lock-of door. One is considered the 1 BR Residence Master and the other a Suite Residence.

The 1st BR unite is The Master suite; Comfortably sleeps 4.
The Features include: a full state of the art kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, dining area, living room with fireplace, AND washer dryer. It has one completely separate bedroom with a King bed and a private bathroom. There is a comfortable Queen pullout sofa sleeper bed in the living room. This is NOT your average condo style resort. It is top of the line everything in a Luxury Resort.

The 2nd BR is a connection suite with it's own Bedroom with a King bed, a small kitchen, and a living room with a comfortable Queen pullout sofa sleeper bed and an extra 100' of living space being on the corner.

This 2 Bedroom Residence at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is the perfect accommodations for your family or group of friends. A king bed in each bedroom and queen superior sleeper sofa's in each living area provide ample space and maximum comfort for up to 8 people.

Once you complete payments, we will provide your name as the guests checking in for the December/January New Years dates you are staying. You will receive a confirmation from Grand Lodge Peak 7 with your names as the guests checking in. You will be able to confirm check-in details, the garage parking, Pools, ski lockers, spas, movie theater use, etc. directly with Peak 7 Grand Lodge. This ski-in/ski-out is among the nicest slope-side accommodations in Breckenridge, at Grand Lodge Peak 7.

A TRUE SKI IN SKI OUT RESORT: Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is one of the Breckenridge Grand Vacations resorts. In winter, it offers ski-in/ski-out convenience to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Starting your day from Peak7 gives you immediate access to skiing Peak 6, 7 and 8 from your first chair.
