We truly apologize for this out of the ordinary circumstance. We have used the same cleaning company for over 10 years and have always received positive comments on the cleanliness of the unit. In our check-in instructions we ask that guests make us aware of any issues as soon as possible so we can make every effort to fix them so you have a wonderful stay. Had we been made aware of the issues, we would have taken care of them immediately. It helps us for future guests as well to know when something isn't working properly because the cleaners do not use the appliances as a guest would. We are truly sorry for your experience and in the future strongly encourage our guests to communicate with us your needs and any issues so we can provide the best services and accommodations as possible.
