It was the amount of cockroaches and the wind noise in the master bedroom that ruined the stay. The place is definitely worn. The piece for the Kcup pot was missing and the frig in the master bedroom does not work. Various blinds with broken pieces.

Pest activity can be common in coastal areas, but the property is on a pest-control program and has been treated. The proximity to the beach was amazing. We had our dogs with us, and everything worked nicely, the green space outside was limited but that's to be understood with the beach rental.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach. It was a nice big place, great for gathering. Plenty of supplies to cook and entertain with. Had an issue with the AC but the property management was quick to remedy the issue.

Great get away at one of our favorite locations. Nice beach. Fun area and friendly people. Not to mention great restaurants. Will be back.

We loved our stay here- just seconds to the ocean, the home is spacious and very family and dog friendly. Would definitely return

Excellent location, kitchen could use a few updates. Replacing Murphy bed with a traditional queen bed on first level would be a nice upgrade.

Great location!

We had a wonderful graduation weekend. Perfect location. But if you are choosing this because it’s dog friendly, the beach is not!

Rhonda, this is great to hear that you loved the unit and location! The unit is steps from the beach access which is very convenient with summer traffic. WB does allow dogs on the beach in the off season between October and March so be sure to plan another trip around that time so the pups can enjoy the sand too! Congrats to the grad also from all of us at Bryant Real Estate :)

Vacation

Great space for a large group looking to be close to the beach! We loved the proximity to the beach access and the view from the porch. The property manager had great communication skills, the check in process was super easy, and the house matched the listing online. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place

This a very nice place. A stones throw from the ocean. Close to the pier and everything else. Nicely furnished and supplied. It was ideal for our reunion. I hope to get back there soon.

Weekend Away

My family and I stayed here for my cousin’s wedding weekend and we had a great time! The location is wonderful—walkable to a lot of different bars and restaurants, as well as being right next to the beach entrance. And the house was very clean. Overall very satisfied and would love to come back.

Great location

This property is a bit dated in it's style and furnishing but is clean, comfortable and in a wonderful location. If you have a fondness for Christian Lassen art, you will marvel at this collection.
