Great experience.. walkable to so many places, beach, restaurants, bars, etc. perfect rental for our long weekend! Communication with owner was fabulous!

The property was very clean and well maintained. It is spacious and feels like a littel beach cottage on the inside. Loved the outdoor area in the rear, and the rocking chairs, tree swing and hammock in the front. A very relaxing and serene property. Easy parking an easy access to the beach

Fantastic Little Spot

The house has a great set up for a family. The kitchen and backyard space were well appointed and great for coming home from the beach. Everything is very walkable from bars to restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely little place

The Tree House was exactly what we were looking for. Super convenient to downtown. House was clean and comfortable. Owners were great. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay there again if we come back.

Great Beach Location

Just a block and a half from beautiful Wrightsville beach, this cozy home is well equipped and owned by wonderfully responsive hosts. The treehouse does not disappoint - well equipped and the washer/dryer unit is a bonus convenience!

Classic Wrightsville Beach

Easy walk to intracoastal and beachfront, restaurants and conveniences. Clean and plenty of room with outdoor seating in front and back. Everything you need!

Perfect stop!!

On our annual road trip and made the Treehouse a 3 day stop. Loved every minute of our time there. So close to beach, shops and water sports. Owners were very responsive.

Amazing property. Great location!

Property was very clean. It was well stocked with household supplies. Short walk to the beach! Outdoor space was great! Owners were very easy to communicate with! Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay here at the tree house. This is first time we rented a house in Wrighsville Beach. What a great experience & perfect choice we made! Easy quick walk to the beach & loved having outdoor shower. The kitchen was stocked which made cooking easy & having a outdoor grill was nice! Would definitely recommend for a family of 4 staying for a week! Also, Jennifer made the rental process super easy!

good beach experience

Short walk to the beach (cross one street) from a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and met the description in the listing. Owner/manager communication was clear and comprehensive.

Excellent

Booked on short notice. Beautiful property and very close to beach. The house was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. The front yard has a nice shade tree. It’s a great location right between the sound and beach. Everything in Wrightsville is within walking distance. We would definitely rent again!

Great Location and outdoor space!

A great space and location! Host was very responsive and nice to answer questions. Unit was clean and well equipped . We loved the outside space! Quick, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very nice neighbors too! The parking was tight for my husbands GMC 1500 truck but we managed. Just be aware if you have a large or extended cab it may be difficult to park. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book again!

Great location

Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Lifeguards are posted at the beach during the summer season. The street was peaceful and quiet at all times. I would love to stay in the upstairs unit next time we visit. Great local restaurants particularly Tower 7 (surprisingly good, offered boutique tequilas rarely seen outside of Guadalajara, friendly service); Mellow Mushroom (decadent pizzas); and Oceanic (expansive views). We also loved Fish Bites about a 15 minute drive away (located in a strip mall but had delicious fresh seafood and the friendliest service).
