DISCOUNTED IN JULY! POOL/SPA Home! Perfect for Kids - Grass/Toys/Trampoline

Our home is a paradise for families and multi-family vacations. We have a pool, trampoline, enclosed grassy yard, play/toy room, and much more!

We have five bedrooms (one of which is a playroom FULL of toys) and three full bathrooms (three showers, one bathtub - downstairs). The bedrooms are very spacious, as is the living room and kitchen with a very open layout and cathedral ceilings.

In total, there is a king bed, queen bed, three double beds and a bunk bed with a full (bottom) and single bed (top). We also a couch that pulls out into a queen bed and another that opens up to a single bed. We also have multiple inflatable mattresses available (2 queens, double, single) and a pack n' play.

In the backyard, the fenced-in pool (fence can be removed at renter's option) is heated and has a spacious hot tub. There is a heated outdoor shower. The backyard has two large tables for large family gatherings, a serving area with sink/fridge and an outdoor couch and chairs., BBQ, and bin full of outdoor toys and pool toys and huge trampoline. The front yard is completely fenced in and has a grassy area with seating and firepit. The living room and kitchen have large doors opening to the front and back yards, for comfortable indoor/outdoor living.

There is a playroom stocked with children's SOOO many toys and games, for all ages -- including a play kitchen and play house. We've had families stay here whose kids don't want to leave the house because they are having so much fun. The house also has tons of books for kids of all ages and reading level. One guest room also has home office if anyone needs to get work done while out of town.

Our house has a laundry room with a high end, high capacity LG washer & dryer (you're free to use these). All kitchen appliances are new - spacious LG fridge with ice/water dispenser, very quiet dishwasher, cooktop, built-in oven and microwave. We have a furnace and air-conditioner, as well as a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. We have cable internet (connected to a desktop computer in the back guest room), and WiFi internet throughout the house. Although we don’t have satellite or cable tv, we do have Smart TVs with Netflix, HBO+, Hulu, Disney+, Prime, Youtube, etc..., a DVD player downstairs and Apple TV's.

Our location is really fabulous. The house is 3 miles to the beach in Newport Beach and 15 miles away from Disneyland. Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach are each about 15-20 minutes away. John Wayne Airport is less than 10 minutes away. Los Angeles is about an hour away (depending on traffic) and San Diego is about 1.5 hours away (depending on traffic).

There are several nearby playgrounds, including Lindberg Park, which is about an 8-10 minute walk away.

17th Street and all of its great food is roughly 5 minutes away, and we have several nice restaurants within walking distance -- including a great coffee place (with breakfast) and grocery store just a few minutes walk away. Famous South Coast Plaza shopping mall is 5-8 minutes from our house, and Newport Beach's Fashion Island is 10 minutes out. The Back Bay hiking trails and kayaking/paddle boarding are about 5 minutes away. Balboa Island is roughly 10 minutes away. There are too many easily available activities to list them all, but there's a little of everything in the area. Even the mountains and desert are less than 2 hours away!

We love to travel, especially to visit our family on the east coast. This is our primary home where we raise our family, and we only rent out our main house to families while we are on vacation ourselves, and we only rent out our main house on VRBO. We love helping families have a great vacation in our home when we are away enjoying our own family vacation!
