The house(s) were perfect for our weekend getaway. We have four couples and having the en suite bathroom for the primaries is a huge bonus. Walk ability is also a HUGE bonus. Quick responses with property manager. Loved the house, love the location, we will be back!

Beautiful duplex! Clean and amazing location, literally steps to the sand. The host was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions, will definitely be back

The location and the home’s accommodations were ideal for our 3-generation family. The host was gracious and promptly responsive. I can’t imagine what more a person could ask for.

Our second time staying here! Hopefully we’ll have a third! Great home- our 9 children are mostly grown up & this has been the best house, best location. (My husband grew up in HB & he looks forward to our time here - which is a big deal!) Great supplies- lots of beach chairs, towels, wagon, umbrellas, etc.

We come back year after year! The house is perfect and we couldn’t ask for better hosts! We have stayed at a lot of rentals and this is by far one of our favorites

This house was simply amazing. It was in a perfect location, and the layout was great for my whole family to be able to stay together. Tim was great at communicating and check in was super easy. We had no problems at all during our stay. The house itself was beautiful. Lots of little touches that make it feel like home. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing property with close proximity to the beach. Nice outdoor space for BBQ. Great to have so many bathrooms. We loved it!!!

You are just ateps from the beach, and great places to get coffee, food, donuts. The house is perfect for a large family and very comfortable, charming, roomy and clean.We had a wonderful time!

Family celebration!

Location was perfect! House was cute and comfortable, accommodating several adults, plus there were multiple bathrooms! We have rented previously in Newport Beach and this was far and above any of our previous rentals!!!!

Great stay!

The property is fantastic and was perfect for our group of 12! The location is a quick walk to the beach or uber ride away from so many different places. Tim was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even better. I would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!

A wonderful spot with a great host

This is a fantastic place to stay. It is clean, updated, well appointed, and has everything one would need to have a wonderful beach vacation. The host is top quality and a great communicator. Highly recommended!
