Excellent host and beautiful property

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host was available for any questions, clear on directions and information, and very welcoming. The property was exactly what we expected and we enjoyed our vacation.

Great Family Vacation

From the very beginning communication with property manager was easy and quick. All expectations were met from location, cabin, and amenities. I will definitely rebook for another memorable family vacation

We have a wonderful time here! We spent lots of time at the beach, pool & shuffleboard courts. The host was quick to respond to questions & very accommodating by allowing us early checkin / late checkouts for no fee. The house had everything we needed and then some. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels & even some games.

Nettles

David was an awesome host. I would definitely stay here again. The rental was clean and fully stocked. You could not ask for a better location. So glad we did rent the golf cart. It made it so fun to go to the beach.

Wonderful vacation experience

This rental was by far the cleanest we've ever stayed in! Cute beach cottage vibe. All the amenities you would need for going to the beach, pool, cooking at home and even a list of suggestions and menus if you want to eat out. The host David is awesome! Great communication and very helpful with the whole process of renting the cottage. Looking forward to renting again from him!

Wonderful

We had a great time on the island, but the best thing was David's attention to detail and his knowledge of the area. The house was amazing, well decorated, clean, and stocked perfectly. You couldn't ask for a better host or location.

Nettles Island is a beautiful location with so many amenities and The Cottage had everything we needed to enjoy them all! We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return

Nettles Island is a special place.

We had never stayed in this area before and were blown away with the amenities of this community. My kids played Putt putt golf everyday and we loved having the golf cart to zip around in. We were able to take the golf cart to the private beach and I didn’t have to get any sand in my car. The pools were beautifully maintained with pool attendants willing to help you set up an umbrella and everyone is so friendly. We also loved taking the gold cart to the restaurant or the wonderful community grocery store. The cottage was perfect for our family of four and our kids did not want to leave. We will be back!

A gem in the sea of vacation rentals

We have been visiting the Jenson Beach area for the last 7 years and this past week was one of our best trips we have traveled this far. When I booked for a place for our spring vacation on nettles Island I was thinking it is a place to stay but not my first choice!! Boy was my wife and I surprised when we made the trip down from Ohio and met the property owner - David who greeted us upon our arrival.. He was very good at showing and explaining everything that nettles Island had to offer, his cottage was spotless and he went through all the details that we needed to know to use the amenities for our weeks stay. We enjoyed ourselfs so much this past week that we only left the island to go to the private beach, which is accessible by driving the golf cart that can be rented for a minimal fee. David's cottage offers a up to date gas grill that we used several days for barbecuing...it was very hard for us to come back to Ohio after a 7 day stay but we have decided to look at nettles Island again in late July when we come back for another week. David and his family offer a very nice place to stay if your trying to decide and although we didn't stay long we did talk to several residents including a few from our area that are making nettles Island their homestead.. Thanks for letting us rent your property and we hope to visit again many times Mark & Christine P. S... David's property is pet friendly

Really Paradise

Loved Nettles Island and this property! So quaint with lots to do and perfect location. Dave was amazing and his house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. I cannot wait to go back there. I finally fell in love with Florida after decades of visits and dreading them. Nettles island and David’s property made me fall in love with Florida. My family lives here and I must visit and I will make sure that all of my visits end up staying and Nettles island Dave and hopefully with Dave’s properties.

Much needed vacation

We were looking forward to a long needed vacation and were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Cottage II, it oozed beach and relaxation. The cottage is so beautifully decorated and it had everything that we needed to make our vacation very comfortable. The community has so many amenities to keep one busy or a beautiful beach to enjoy the sun. We are already planning our next stay. You will see us again David.
