Perfect Location

We stayed for the White River marathon! It was perfectly located to the race start and central to a lot of great food! It was a nice place ans just big enough!!

Very nice cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is quaint and a lot of history in it. The furnishings were comfortable and very homey.

Great place for a Cotter getaway

The Rock Cottage was a great place to stay while in Cotter. The cottage was clean and had everything you need for your stay. We’ll be back!

Great weekend stay!

Very nice stone house in the historic district. Easy access to the river and downtown. House was very clean, convenient, and well equipped. We will definitely will return!

Great house for a stay in Cotter. The host is awesome and is easy to contact if needed. We were there for the White River Marathon and some Trout fishing and the location could not have been better.

Quiet and clean

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Check in/out was simple. We were visiting family in the area and this was so much more comfortable than a hotel room. Thank you for such a great stay!

My second time at this house

Clean, modern, convenient, and an incredibly nice property owner. A very enjoyable stay both times I have stayed there. Will stay there again if it is available the next time I come to Cotter.

Perfect fishing trip

This property was perfect for our needs! We went to Cotter to trout fish & kayak. Location was close to the Cotter boat ramp and a clean and tidy cottage!
