Great stay

Home is as pictured & the outdoor area is so fun for a group. The neighborhood is close to everything, though the street outside of condo group feels less inviting.

Such a great house!!

I had such an amazing time at this property!! The location was amazing to get to main street. Everyone loved how comfy the beds were. The house was very clean and the check in process was extremely easy. Only thing I would change is having to take all our trash the dumpster that was down the street from the property.

Good day, Jordan! Thank you so much for sharing your experience and we are really glad to hear you had such a great time and that everyone enjoyed the stay and check-in process! We totally get the feedback about the trash drop-off; it is something that comes with the area, but we know it is not always the most convenient. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us and we would love to have you back anytime! Best, Kemyie Stay Cozi

Paid and 67 to check in early, was told we could check in 2 hours early but when we got there at 2pm the code didn’t work. It took 45 minutes too get issue resolved. Both nights were kept awake by smoke detector going off, they should be on a schedule for battery changes. Management was quick to respond but that doesn’t erase 2 sleepless nights. Other than that, things were fine.

Birthday Celebration

Our stay was super enjoyable. The decor and style of the house was really cute. A few issues but they were handled immediately. ( lamp out, dishwasher not working). The record player wasn’t working either but it wasn’t a big deal. One thing to note is that the street closest to the entrance was a trailer park with multiple mobile homes. When we drove in in the dark it was concerning but definitely looked better during the day. The neighborhood that the house was in was its own development, but the trailer park vibe was a bit disappointing.

Cute home!

We booked this house for a team bonding trip and were able to have almost everyone in their own room. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out with a hot tub, firepit, cornhole, etc. It was also decorated beautifully and fully stocked with coffee, shower gel, lotion, etc. Would recommend!

Ally, eight out of ten and the time you took to leave it, both appreciated. The house sits in some good country, and the Hill Country has a way of looking different every season, greener in spring, gold and quiet come fall. If you find yourself headed back this way, we would be glad to have you under that roof again. Our returning guests always get 10% off, so that is yours the next time you book with us. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.
